It feels like all physical therapist are/keep saying most problems are caused from weed glute muscles and a week core, and to keep em tight,?

Soo is it possible to keep core and glute muscles tight 24(except when sleeping)/7 365?😕

    That's what a PT might say. Consult a GP and they'd recommend B-complex and a healthy diet. Talk to spiritualist and they'll tell you to balance your ying and yang. Ask a psychotherapist and he might recommend more sex. Go to a surgeon and they might conclude you need a hip replacement. Worse, if you go to an internist, it might be cancer already. If you want to get a different opinion, consult a different therapist. As to what works, it's all up to you.
