Would employing a lot more black policemen solve the problem of inequality on the streets?

Most of the ones around me ARE black.

I read a few days ago that black people are most likely to be killed by black police officers, so it's probably not the solution.

The police departments are hungry for black officers. But no applicants. There is ongoing police shortage. Nobody wants the job. 

NO: if you remember back to when floyd case was in the news the  cop who had to stand up to explain the case was a none white himself.  it maddening that BLM can harp on about the one Black man who died but no one mentions the dozens of white cops who get killed by black criminals  each year. 

Will employing a lot more white 100m runners give a faster world record?

No it wouldn't make any difference as they have no respect for anybody.

No. The protestors (and lawbreakers) hate authority.

No what people need i education the Civil war in the USA was about states Rights

Of course not. They'd just be seen as more Uncle Toms. Old fashioned 'Reading of the Riot Act' and night curfews are required to stop the crime and knife epidemic, it may even stop the virus spreading so fast. 

No because you need people who have passed their basic exams and stayed out of criminality themselves.
