My own uncle almost did this, but he and his wife never had kids. He was a lifelong bachelor that married someone he'd known 6 months when he was in his early 50's. This was a few years ago and she's in her late 30's. Now he's absolutely loving these step grandkids but doesn't want any of his own.

Not biologically possible, unless you are referring to step grand children, and if so, yes, I do.
