Can they make my child come to take a standardized test during covid?

We are doing virtual learning and my childs school says we have to bring them to the school for a test next week.   Can they legally make us do this?

Well sure. School boards and administrators made the decision. If you want your child to attend that school, s/he needs to be there unless they'll agree to an exception.

If you don't wish for your child to be a part of the public education system, you can enroll him/her in a private school or investigate the possibility of doing home schooling.

Yes, depending on what the laws of where you live just say about this matter.
