Can someone take a picture of me on private property without my consent?
It was their property but they videod me and photographed me while i was sleeping after a night of drinking.

The answer is yes. In the US, a photographer can take your picture without your knowledge or permission, as long as you are not in a place in which you have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Depends on what state you live in. Many states you cannot tape record someone without their permission. You don't say if you there was any voice recorded.

Yes. Anyone can record you on private property or public property. Your consent is not required. The only thing people can't do is record you in a private area like a bathroom. I feel a little sorry for people your age having to deal with the stress of having photos like that go viral.

Circumstances are important in this. Assuming you were not nude or engaging in sexual activity, I am not sure you have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" on their property. Also, if you are suing, what is your claim of damages?
