I am herring reports that the Orange man has just had a stoke. See what happens when you fight BLM? We give you stokes. We will now see him slurring his words and falling over like an idiot. Braking means slowing down (e.g., to press the brake pedal in a car)
Stoke means to add fuel to (such as to stoke a fire or stoke someone's emotions)

Here's hoping it leaves him in a mentally comprised state that's bad enough for him to step down as president but still competent enough to be taken to court for all of his various crimes and scams.
