Family member begging for my script I do not even take, can I call the cops?

Basically I have this script I never took and they are constantly begging me for one or a few. I told them NO. 

Anyways I am getting sick of it. 

Can I call the cops and make them finally stop? 

How to gather the evidence against them? 

Update:

Well they have stolen before. I am going to get rid of it. But i want to catch them if they steal again and have proof

    Properly dispose of the medication by taking it to a designated medication drop off site in your area.  Simply asking for the medication isn't illegal.
