In the US, check your local community college. They generally do much better than the for-profit schools. You should be able to take specific courses, work toward an IT certificate, or work toward an associates degree. If you do earn an associates degree at a community college, you could then enter a four-year university and work toward a bachelor's degree. In short, you have a lot of choices, plus community colleges usually have the cheapest tuition.
