Search on line for videos of other "real perpetual motion machines". Quite entertaining. There was a $100,000 prize offered for one. No one has collected that yet.
Your idea about the form of the universe has no observational facts for support. Try another. If it is just an exercise in thought or theory, you should apply your mind to something of greater benefit.
I am a retired electronics manufacturing engineer, industrial designer of special effects, laser optics, entertainment theaters and theme park rides. I am skilled in machine design, and taught CADD in colleges. I have not seen any perpetual motion machine successes.
