Why introverts are being treated as arrogant , misunderstood and boring people?

The reason why many introverts can be perceived as arrogant or rude is mainly due to lack of understanding of social dynamics, social cues, and experience - all which can be improved upon with enough practice and courage.

In America & the UK especially, introverted people are seen as 'weird'.  Whereas without introverts we'd have no thinkers or people with the ability to 'think outside the box'.  Extroverts are self centred and aren't known to be 'deep thinkers'.  We need an equal amount of thinkers and talkers and some others who are both.

Drinking a small amount of alcohol can make introverts more talkative!  We introverts aren't boring and are only seen as arrogant, as we do our own thing and extroverts are 'sheep' who like to follow the crowd and they do everything in the right order.  Whereas us introverts do whatever works for us, in whichever order we like.  Introverts don't care what other's think of us.  Extroverts care too much and live a more restricted life, 'keeping up' with everyone else!  They have as much to learn from introverts as we do of them!
