Spiritually speaking, How lightly may one kick a policeman, before it becomes a SIN or a CRIME?
Sophie says she "LIGHTLY" kicked one.
She MIGHT be lucky that he didn't take a truncheon to her skull.
So, spiritually speaking, how much pressure per square centimeter constitutes "lightly"?
(Sophie has me blocked, so I can't ask her directly)

In all truth Thomas. Sophie is full of crap! Sophies ip number belongs to a male ...In all truth also... On confronting Sophie with that info i was also blocked :::::Sophie is a man:::::: And has many many yahoo accounts also.... The ip is from an address in the Crays hill area of Basildon in Essex.... And that info comes from an ip checker belonging to the Armed forces, So is extremely accurate.

Great question....Lol.
She/he blocks everyone.
That trolls stories are hilarious.
I would hope that if he/she ever did kick a cop, he would take his baton to him/her.

You know as well as I do that this question has nothing to do with spirituality. Any aggression against a police officer can be considered assault and thus a "crime". Whether or not it is a sin is completely up to individual interpretation of any given person's religion - there are way too many permutations of social and religious beliefs to give a general answer.

I seem to remember that a certain religion proscribes a similar punishment of 'beating lightly' to punish a disobedient wife...Quite nauseating really.

As far as I remember, any unwanted physical contact, or an attempt to cause harm (even if it was botched) could, under British law be deemed to be a criminal offence.

I don't know about a sin, but kicking a police officer definitely falls under the heading of 'assault', and will be treated as such.
