Is the legal profession against someone claiming that they were brainwashed as a defense...?
because of..A)..They don't believe that it's possible to brainwash someone to do something against their will, or..B)..they know that brainwashing does work but too many war criminals and religious terrorists would have to be acquitted..?
Thank you anon for your response, either it is possible for a person to be brainwashed, or it's not. If it is, then why aren't religious terrorists using it in their defense and if it's not then how do we account for the fact that billions of intelligent, rational people believe that gods and devils are real..? Surely that is irrefutable evidence that brainwashing works..

No, the "legal profession" is NOT against anyone claiming anything. The "legal profession" is interested ONLY is defenses which can be proven.
