Should I be able to keep my phone in my room at night?
Hi! So I feel like it´s kind of unfair that I can´t keep my phone in my room at night, let alone any electronics in my bedroom or bathroom at any time (Besides the chromebook I have to use for school) I´ve asked my parents about it a bunch but they just keep pushing it away. I have to be in bed at 9:30 and have lights off at 10:00, and I have a screen time limit that goes off at 9:30, so I cant use anything besides messages, call, and a breathing thing to calm me down (I can only text/call my parents and grandparents) And I know it kind of sounds stupid because ¨Why would I want my phone in my room so badly if I cant even use it?¨ But I just really like having it there because I often get kind of anxious when I hear sounds outside so it would really help because if something went wrong, my phone would be right there so I could call 911. I would also be able to use my breathing app to help calm me down. So what do you guys think? Sorry that this was so long, but thanks for reading :)

Some health experts say that it's actually more healthful to not have electronics near you when you sleep, because the EMFs decrease sleep quality.
