I am after the ULTIMATE brownie !?

I am looking to make the best brownie there is; one where the chocolate EXPLODE in your mouth, and still have the moisture and consistancy it should have. A brownie made for kings and queens... Can you tell me how to make them?

Not sure about the brownies but the best nuts for brownies are a mix of chopped hazelnuts and chopped macadamias. Definitely you want some kind of chocolate chips or chocolate chunks in these brownies. DARK chocolate.

I have played around with brownie recipes for decades (I started cooking in 1963) ... studied the biochemistry of brownies, etc.

Sadly, NOTHING beats a good boxed mix bought at the store.

At least, not in my experience.

Besides .. you are going to be using half a dozen eggs, or more, if you make thenm at home.  Yow.

Add just a little marijuana to the batch. Doesn't matter the recipe, people will keep coming back for more. It's like they get the munchies or something.

Supposedly, the 100 hour brownie is the best. It's all over YouTube right now, so I'm sure you can find the recipe somewhere if you type in 100 hour brownie.
