If your Dad's wife steals your Mom's clothes, this is your Mom's problem, not yours.  If you mean your Dad's wife steals YOUR clothes that your Mom purchased, talk to your Dad.  And pay more attention in school.

I need a little more information. So do you live with your dad, or do you visit on weekends? Can you have one set of clothes at dad's place, and a different set of clothes at home? A good way to solve the problem is to stop having those clothes at your dad's place. If your mom buys you clothes, keep the clothes at your mom's place and wear those clothes at her place, but do not bring them to dad's place! And have your mom help you buy crap clothes stepmom won't like and wear crap clothes at your dad's place. I have a friend in the same situation, who decided to only wear plain jeans and plain t-shirts when visiting her dad, and NEVER brought any of her nice clothes to her dad's place. Stepmom even started complaining about how tacky and boring her clothes were after a while, and she had fun going through the dumpster at dad's apartment and digging out thrown-away clothes and washing them and wearing them at her dad's place. Stepmom made fun of my friend's dumpster diving, but left her clothes alone after finding this out. When friend turned 18 and no longer had to go to dad's place on weekends, she did not. She got her own place and her own clothes for her job and now she does not give a hoot what stepmom thinks. But take a tip and stop bringing mother's gifts with you to your dad's place! good luck!
