Why can't today's Christians do as commanded (I Thess 5:21) and PROVE they are Christians (I Cor 12:11-13)?

Ordinary water Baptism, properly administered, not only purifies from all sins, but also makes the neophyte "a new creature," an adopted child of God, who has become a "partaker of the divine nature", a member of the Church, co-heir with Jesus, and a living temple of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Trinity gives the baptized sanctifying grace, the grace of justification:

- enabling them to believe in God, to hope in him, and to love him through the theological virtues;

- giving them the ****POWER**** to live and act under the prompting of the Holy Spirit, through the gifts of the Holy Spirit;

- allowing them to grow in goodness through the moral virtues.

That's all the power anyone will ever need. The long history of the Church is replete with numerous examples and proofs, spanning all the generations.

You can't change a person's thinking by using the word of God to accuse making it a Law they must live by.....God only wants two things from us and that is, Worship him and keep his commandments and the greatest commandment is John 3:16.....and Jesus said, "Take up your cross and follow me" and if our cross is to reflect anything we must reflect what Jesus said about his cross, "I left the image of the cross before man that a man will know what true love really means."......i'm glad I'm not judge by my cross for believe me, for like a Born Again toddler, I have found myself getting back up more then once....

1) So few 'demons' remain active that hardly anyone believes they even exist. Those that remain are part of the collective atheistic 'spirit of antichrist' (1 John 2:18-23, 4:3, 2 John 1:7), because they cannot compete with us alone or even as 'religious' figures of worship anymore;

2) We are using a new 'language' right now invented by Christians, (i.e. 'English'), which has swept the entire globe as the 'language of business,' GOD's language of cross-tribal brotherhood and peace through economic equality regardless of ethnicity, birth class or gender. We have many others also;

3) 'Picking up serpents' is a reverence to Moses ending a plague released after fornication became widespread by holding up a staff with a bronze serpent coiled around it. The symbol itself is used by the medical community which is operating using 'Christian' knowledge first unveiled inside of our 'university' system;

4) There are few remaining 'death bearing substances,' (Biblical Greek: 'thanasimos'), for which we have not developed antidotes;

5) While laying hands upon the sick, (done by the elders of the Church after anointing with oil and repentance of sin, James 5:14-16), is not in widespread use, there is an explanation for why and a 'secular' alternative granted by GOD while we are living under 'secular' rule. Christ gives us two distinct sets of commands, one for when we are 'in charge' and our holy system is in place, (Luke 9:1-6); the other is for when we are being 'ruled' by secular culture, (Luke 22:35-38). We are currently under 'secular' rule.

So you see, we are presenting 'proof.' Is the evidence 100% mature? No. If it was we would be reigning with Christ already. The question is whether you will 'help' or only slander what we have accomplished so far.
