My girlfriend is over weight and she doesn’t take care of her self ?

My girlfriend is over weight and doesn’t take care of her self she drinks caffeine all the time eats junk doesn’t get exercise at all and just eats bad take out I have told her so had my family and she just doesn’t listen and says she will start eating healthy but never does what is she in for ? Heart attack or stroke ?

    Great news for BOTH of you!

    You are wrong and she is right.   Diet is 90% of the whole fat thingy. 

    Regular exercise every day means regularly getting physical activity,  and once clean eating has corrected her hormones, her lethargy (which you mistake for laziness) will lift and spontaneously she'll be the one begging you to go for a swim or go for a walk.

    You are right with her and likely not eating clean.   Do you think that sugar, HFCS, honey, nectar, juice, molasses, syrups or white flour products are food?  

    Same boat.   You just haven't gotten fat yet.  But you ARE sick, just like her.

    I gave you the list of what to avoid and the veracity of this answer doesn't depend on your opinion.

    I am not an @$$hole, just extremely confident that I am telling you the truth. 

    Now,  get clean, get healthy and more than likely get pretty thin.   We ARE predators and terrestrial predators are not obese.

    Why don't you start out with a ceasar salad minus the dressing and crutouns. Prepare her a salad and a tuna sandwich without the mayo. This is easy and cheap.

    HOw about a chicken soup because one bowl fills you up. I mean homemade soup.

    How about a little yogurt with nut topping (no sugar)

    These are just suggestion.

    Go out with her for 20 minute walks each day. Motivate her.
