if by mistake animal trafficking not knowing it’s illegal without a license or permit catching anaconda in Brazil ?

Would you have to put the animal back and pay fine to avoid jail time if by mistake

    No fine. The anaconda eating you will end the issue.

    You would have to declare the animal when you re-enter your own country.
