Is having an affair as evil as the top worst crime ?

Is having a no penetration sexual affair with no intercourse  oral or hand jobs or French kissing evil.

Just pecks and cuddles

Wud u say these ppl are just as evil as the top heinous crime

We know what these crimes are.  Are ppl having an affair considered same as perpetrators of the awful crimes

Why are they judged by society so harshly when it only concerns the direct family members involved

They are judged harshly by the USA.  Not by society. Having an affair is relatively trivial.  Breaking up a family by the REACTION to the affair is not.  THAT is potentially a serious offense.  But not a crime because it is not called a crime.  Yet it hurts so many people that it is a bigger problem than most crimes.

Why? Because hurting the people you are supposed to love is cruel in perhaps a worse way than a stranger hurting you.

Oh no, not this crap again. Not everyone

judges them harshly... in fact some even

admire them (usually those people who

themselves would like to have affairs).

Why are you so freaking obsessed by

this? Please, tell us what answers you

want to hear for you to be satisfied and

then go away or move on to a new topic?

People who are having an affair are not on the same level as murderers or rapists, no, but they're probably up there with thieves and bullies. They are threatening families and homes, disturbing the safety and security of others, and that upsets society in general. It can lead to a lot of emotional and psychological damage, in spouses and children. And "just pecks and cuddles" will inevitably lead to more.
