Why are my calves still very slim after 3 months of walking 2KM to and from work?
I’ve been walking 2KM to and from work for the last 3 months with heavy safety boots, but the calves look exactly as they did 3 months ago, if not smaller. I also did not notice any significant weigh loss or a slimmer appearance after 3 months as it looks exactly the same, if not fatter.
I walk a total of 2 km with each shift for the last 3 months. However, I did notice muscle cramps between both upper-legs with the oath of the pain resembling an arch.

Cardio activities, especially something as light as walking, doesn't provide enough stimulus for muscle gain. Walking 4 km (2 each way) would burn about 250 calories for your average person, so nothing significant. The activities you're describing don't build muscle, and don't lend themselves to weight loss.
