Do they have cops who are members?
I would guess they would have no reason not to even if their peers might consider them RINOs \ make fun of them.
Some so-called far-rightists I know are more libertarian than nationalist. Heaven knows Trump has had lots of Republican detractors.
Anon: "ACLU is a joke until your constitutional rights are violated" that's the point they're making, in a world where the constitution was never infringed there would be no need for ACLU.

Of course the ACLU has republican members.
The ACLU is non-partisan. It lobbies for issues that dems love/republicans hate and also that republicans love/dems hate.
For example, they are advocates of both reproductive rights and religious liberty.
I'm a dem who leans libertarian and I find the ACLU is more in line with my own political preferences than either of the major political parties. And they were super helpful to me in my state when a liberal union came in and unionized a bunch of self-employed business owners in a particular industry and wanted to force me to join the union too.
