  • What is this top 40 song? Please help...my preschooler is driving me nuts!?

It's kind of cutesy, and it says either "Yoo Hoo" or "Whoo hoo" (or both) over and over.

It is NOT the Cingular song (by the 5.6.7.8's), Wind it Up by Gwen Stefani or Woo Hoo by Blur. It's much cutesy-er than that, if that makes any sense...

It's on the top 40 stations a lot, and I heard it in the background of the Yankees game tonight. My 4 y.o. desperately want me to put it on my Ipod, but I can't find it. Thanks so much for your help!!!

  • What does it mean on a message board when a post says, "Sticky"?

I know this is probably an incredibly dumb question, but I really don't know. Thanks for your help!

  • Child's first cavity?

My three year old was found to have a small cavity on a rear molar today. Luckily, it's been a long time since I have had a filling, so I just assumed everyone got those white fillings nowadays. The dentist told me that for children, especially for baby teeth, they recommend the silver fillings because they can be put in more quickly and require a smaller hole.

Are there any dentists or hygienists out there who can confirm this?? Thanks.

  • Advice for a career-related ethics dilemma?

I work have worked in mgt for two years for a small business. The owner would like to retire, but keep the business and has offered to have me run it entirely(as an employee not an owner).

I like the business very much and think I will succeed. However, my family has been tossing around a relocation out of state in a year or so.

In mentioning this possibility to my employer, it could affect the decision to give me this major promotion. However, in not mentioning it, I will make things very difficult for him if I do choose to relocate.

He has been very generous and good to me as an employer, which makes me feel like I should tell him. My husband feels that I shouldn't because we have no definitive plans. Thoughts?

  • Cymbalta vs. Zoloft?

I've been on Zoloft 50 mg for a year now, and up till lately it's been pretty effective. Lately the depression seems to be back, along with this overall achey feeling. Cymbalta supposedly works on physical symptoms of depression. Anyone have any experience with it?

  • Has anyone had/have ocular melanoma?

My G.P. suggested I regularly visit a GI doc to watch for liver mets in addition to my ocular oncologist. Curious if anyone else does this? It seems a little overboard to me...

  • Dear Yahoo,?

Though I am very fond of you, I am feeling a little overwhelmed with your 100 "best answer" emails a day.

I think it's time we spend a little time apart while you work on your issues. I will always love you, I just need some space.

    Love,

  • Why do I get an electrical shock from my jar of Noxema?

No kidding, when I touch the cream inside the jar in the shower, I always get a shock. I am assuming there is an ingredient in Noxema that causes this...but the nerd that I am, I am curious what the science is behind it. Thanks in advance!

  • How do I decide whether to have a second child?

I am 31, have one wonderful 3 yo son and a wonderful marriage. I work outside the home, and my husband works nights so we can keep him out of daycare, for the most part. We are very content with one child, but our son expresses a lot of interest in having sibling, and I sometimes wonder if I'll regret it later if we only have one.

We are a very active family, and I worry about a second child holding us back. I have tried to think this out logically, but my pros and cons always counterbalance each other.

I'd love to hear from parents who did have that second child, and those who didn't. What are your thoughts?

  • How do I get the new messenger to show activity on my taskbar?

The old messenger used to alert me to new IM's by turning the open window on my taskbar blue. I can't get the new one to do this. Any suggestions?

  • Can pool algae give you a lower respiratory infection?

Earlier this week, I cleaned my sons embarrasingly slimy pool (we had temporarily abandoned it) with a strong dilution of chorine bleach. About a day later, I developed a nagging cough (kinda tickly) that produced a little phlegm (sorry for the TMI.) I am not one to get a cough, even when I get a cold. Do you think either the algae or the bleach caused this? If so, do you think it will resolve itself or should I see a dr?

  • Is Preeclampsia more or less common in a second pregnancy?

I ended up with an emergency c-section due to severe preecclampsia with my first. I am hearing mixed answers on the likelihood of it happening again. Would be interested in any personal experiences. Thanks!
