It's just soooooooo ugly. I shoot with my elbow out most of the time no matter how hard I try to keep it in. I'm shooting when my toes are barely off the ground instead of jumping and then shooting. Please tell me how to fix this, and don't say "just practice". I'm having major form problems

I'm the starting center fielder for my legion and hot stove teams. Just turned 14 years old about a month ago. I'm very very fast. If I get on base my coachs always tell me to steal 2nd and I never get caught stealing. I don't think it's ever happened to me before. But one time at a practice our coach had us do a little 4 v 4 , we were all just kidding around so I lined up in the left handed batter's box, and my coach said "yeah, there you go, you need to become a slap shot hitter"... I miss beating out ground balls by usually about one step if I don't beat them out. I've always been a right handed hitter, but is it time for change? I've seriously considered it. Please voice your opinion, all answers will be appreciated

I'm 14, white, I play center field, and Im very fast. I usually miss beating out a infield groundball I hit by a step...lots of greats have batted left handed, I'm in the middle of a baseball season right now. I've always been a right handed hitter, but would it be worth it to learn to bat left handed this off season? Is it possible to learn and for my left handed swing to be a good one? Or is it too late to learn this? Please give your opinion and answers. Thanks

So if you look at all of the hall of fame players back in the dead ball era and a little past it they are all left handed hitters. Most of them are right handed throwers... I know batting left handed gives you an advantage these days, but back then with the pitching not what it is now, why would all these naturally right handed players bat left handed? Examples: shoeless Joe, Earl averill, richie ashburn, Zachary wheat, Ted Williams, Ty Cobb, Duke snider, Larry doby, earle combs, Fred Clarke, goose goslin, Mel ott, enos slaughter, Elmer flick.......I mean, they are all naturally right handed, so why do they all bat left handed???

Look, I'm 13 years old. I'm naturally right handed but I want to bat left handed because I'll have an advantage. I have a very good left handed swing, I've been practicing for a while now. I haven't really told my dad about this yet, but the little he's seen he thinks it stupid and thinks I should just bat righty. I'm willing to put hard work into this and I know I can master the left handed swing..what should I tell my dad and baseball coach?
