I live in the NC country. Bleed Tar Heel blue and despise Duke's coaches and its players. Believe and have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ, try to abide by his teachings and ask for his forgiveness. I try to lead a good life but, it doesn't always work out. I like to cut up, have fun and spend time with my family and friends but, outdoors is where I feel most at ease with a rod and reel in my hand and just the sound of the earth's peace breaking the silence. I love music, reading and sports especially College Basketball (UNC), Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Braves and NASCAR. But seriously, I can't stand Duke.

  • What's the big difference?

I've looking for a good Flat Screen LCD TV and noticed that there's two different types of 1080 screens. What's the difference between a 1080p and 1080i?

  • What type of Oak Tree is that of, that you see on the costal plains of the Carolinas with Spanish Moss in it?

With the low branches, nearly touching the ground. Long slender leaves and seems to grow more wide than, tall. Beautiful trees, Grandparents had them but, can't remember the name.

  • Who was that from Jr.'s crew that went over to Busch and a few words with him after the race?

After the race, some big fella from Jr.'s pit crew, that Busch seemed to know personally, went over and had a few words with him. In the post race interview with Busch, he was yapping off about that guy and that he needed to keep his mouth shut or something like that. I'm not a guy that likes violence but, I would have loved to see that big guy knock the snot out of Busch with one, clean, flush punch. Snapping his head back and seeing stars. I can't stand neither Busch brother but, Kyle is dirty, always has been and always will be. Everyone watching that race knew that he took Jr. He wasn't fooling anyone.

  • Do you really think they'll let the animals just, get away with these attacks?

I mean, I think that the first chance they get and see the shark (Great White) that is in question for the attack on the fella swimming off the coast of Calif. surely, will be put down. For being a shark and doing what sharks do. Or the bear that attacked and bit one of the "trainers" in the neck. Moments later, both men bleeding to death before medical help could arrive. I am in no way taking sides. I hunt, fish, swim in the ocean and know the risk I take going into the wild but, in the sharks case it was fair game. The elderly man was in the sharks element or habitat and being a shark checked him. Probably thought he was a seal or something edible. I don't blame the shark nor was the man being stupid, it's an accident.

In the bear attack, that was just stupid. The bear is a WILD animal, weights 700+ pounds and is trying to be forced to do things that bears don't do. What did they think was eventually going to happen. It's Russian Roulette with a grizzly bear! Dumb.

  • Can you help me in this dilemma?

If you were having an operation, no matter what the severity of the procedure and the surgeon wasn't a Christian, a follower of God nor did he believe in God. Would you allow him to operate on you whether, he was a highly respected surgeon or an average "Joe" surgeon?

  • Don't you think when they tear down Shea Stadium, they ought to just move the Mets out?

Just go ahead and bring back the Dodgers to Brooklyn and move the Mets to Cali.

  • If Santana is suppose to be so good, why did the Twins trade him?

Not to take anything away from Santana. But, he's rated one of the greatest pitchers this season and the Twins trade him. Now, if your suppose to be that good and on a team that needs all the help that they can get, why would you trade him? I understand that they need to fill some spots on roster with some decent players but, at the expense of losing a "quality" pitcher?

  • Why are gas prices so high?

I pay $3.15 a gallon for regular. When a couple of years ago it was a little over $2.00. And still yet, it doesn't cost the oil companies any more to drill than it did 10 years ago.

  • Guys, doesn't this upset you?

Right after a commercial, when the game is coming on and they are showing the cheerleaders cheering or what ever. They always gotta throw those stupid advertisements up on the screen, the ones that they just showed the commercials for. Hey, I'm not being a perv. but, I like to see the cheerleaders.

  • Who is tired of this?

Here recently, about to answer peoples questions and reading through some of the others answers. Someone is always crying because, someone whom they don't like has developed another account and answering. Can't some of these people grow up? And if you don't like the other people then ignore them, answer and go on, otherwise go somewhere else. This is really getting childish.

  • Who does the best rendition of "Little Brown Church in the Vale"?

It's an old church hymn from about 1863. I heard (of all people) Andy Griffith sing it on his show years and years ago and fell in love with that song. And I was wondering if anyone knew of another really good artist that has sung it?

  • The taps on an aluminum cans, pulling tabs off and keeping them for recycle, are they worth more than cans?

I have a friend that says that the tabs are made from a different type of metal or aluminum and are worth more than the cans themselves. But, you have to collect a huge amount of them for it to payoff. He says about a gallon milk jug is worth about $300. Thats allot of cans. I was just wondering has anyone else heard of this or anything like it?

  • I have a serious sex question?

Why is it, that when a wife wants to have sex, she feels as though she needs to make the first move (if you will) to engage love making? When the whole time at any time most men are ready and willing, but just don't because if so, they would ravage (in a loving manner) their wives all the time and look foolish being turned down allot?
