Hey everyone! I'm doubtful as to whether I can upgrade my laptop's (Acer TravelMate 3240) HDD or not. A few days ago i went ahead and opened my laptop to see the original HDD's specs.. Here they are:

Toshiba - Disk Drive - MK6034GAX

HDD 2D17 E 2K01 S

DC + 5V 1.0A

[2.5" 9.5mm Laptop HardDrive]

60.00 GB (LBA 117, 210, 240 sectors)

My question is, is it possible to replace this Hard Drive with one of higher capacity? Is there any other compatibility issues to check with?Also, it is connected to my laptop using some kind of 46-pins or something.. is this avail with all HDDs?I'm planning to buy it once all my doubts are cleared.. Thanks!

hi all i'm planning to buy a new external hard drive for my laptop preferably 500gb. I want help what is the difference between a laptop's and a desktop's hard drive. I've heard desktop's ext HD comes cheaper so is it possible to use it on my laptop? Wat are other specifications i should look out to while buying one? what specs sound like a cool HD? :D Thanx all!

I got the EA cricket 07 PC cheat codes recently, and i tried to use them but they didnt worked at all.. while opening yahoo.com on yahoo answers, a downloading starts which says 0% from in.m.yahoo.com...... then a error comes which says cannot download from site /in.m.yahoo.com.......... and website is unable to open......
