At the beach this summer with friends cops were called on our beach house and someone let them in the house. After they were done searching they linked me to drug paraphernalia in my book bag because of a key chain picture of my girlfriend and I in the book bag.

I took the ticket no problem the cops left and i went to court a month later.

At court I just wanted to pay the fine and accept the charge.

I believe I pleaded no contest, and took a 3 month probation and charge.

After I signed the papers I asked for my stuff taken as evidence back , since it was been more than a month since the date of the charge.

The judge seemed bewildered that my book bag and personal items were taken at all. She gave me the ticket issuing officer number.

Its been another month and I am going to call to see if my evidence has been found.

My wallet with cards and my old keys were still in the bookbag, with my keychain prom picture. You cant replace that.

Is there anyway the case can be dismissed if none of the evidence can be found, even after i plead no contest?

3 weeks ago i took the the local EBEW aptitude test and waiting for the results to come in the mail.

If my score was good enough and i go for an interview and they like me, how long might i have to wait to be hired.

Are not other people already on a two year waiting list and if they have a better score, they will be interviewed first?

Ive been waiting to try this out but don't wont to wait no more, Maybe it will be better to do part time work and go to school to get a job i would actually want to do .

My divorced parents have split custody of my younger brother. My mom has 52% my dad 48%. I think. I NEED TO GET MY YOUNGER BROTHER OUT OF THE HOUSE.

Either way I recently was kicked out of my mothers house, Which turned out to be good, she was allowing anything to go on in her home. By me, her boyfriend or friends. I think she is addicted to drugs.

While I lived these all happened:

Everyone smoked pot

Moms boyfriend , when he would live there for sometime, would drink all day, never have a job. Mom has told me he smoked crack. he busted down a door in the apartment trying to attack my mom.

The boyfriend was stabbed by my mom friend for starting a fight.

Cops were called on the house numerous times, At least 5 different times.

He punched my mom in the face and she had a black eye. And she would still allow him to come back.

Things I know my dad doesn't know:

My mom and her boyfriend. Smoke pot a lot. Drinking everyday. And its not a fun environment they use so much they are reckless, emotional, and want to fight.

My mom has some kind of drug charge in another state.

I am so scared for my younger brother, I am so mad myself for not doing something to this horrible guy and my mom in the first place.. now my younger brother, the only person I really love is going through it. He is only 12 years old and I know he is being hurt going over there.

I know my mom brainwashes him and makes him feel like my dad is so horrible and its all my dads fault that she is stuck with a bad job and can only afford and apartment on food stamps. They divorced more than 10 years ago. My brother can not do it himself , I know for a fact it is not safe over there, and he will be much better to live at my dad full time.

We all live in a great neighborhood. My dad has a great awesome girlfriend hes been with for 3 years and they never fight. They always treat us good and will always help if we needed anything.

Please someone help me.

Hello I am a 20 year old male trying to get into shape!

Currently it looks like mainly all my fat is built up on my thighs and butt. I am 5'4 and 130 pounds.

I am trying to shape a routine that will eliminate this from my body!

Will a 3 mile routine such as say walking 1 mile, then running/jogging 1 mile, then one final walking mile, get me into shape? I currently don't get to much exercise is this starting off too strong?

I also want to do this routine first thing every morning before meal.

I currently gain and lose a couple pounds day to day from binge eating it seems. While doing this routine I will vow to make water my drink of choice and cut back on any fast food.

Will one months time be enough to see an improvement?

Any other help?

My long term girlfriend's father is about to under go radiation therapy for a month, over this years Christmas. Needless to say these next couple months will be terrible. He is a really great guy.

My girlfriend is becoming steadily more depressed about it, and she is one who is always upbeat always positive. Is there support groups out there, maybe on the Internet and in person.

I can only tell her I will be there for her no matter what.

Any advice or experiences?

Heres the details. Im only 20 years young.

Ive had two girlfriends one back in 2006 and my current gf been together 2+ years.

In my current relationship, we are the same age, I have pretty much had my girlfriend discontinue any relationship with her ex boyfriends , who were still friends. I was/ still kind of am self conscious.

But for some reason tonight I was looking at my ex girlfriends page and just remember my first young love, it brought me back, and I want to add her and maybe talk to her a little bit.

Since our relationship way back when I have never thought of her was caught up on her or anything but now feel a need to just say hi for old times sake.

Am I in the wrong. Is it okay for my current girlfriend to talk to her ex boyfriends? Could this be a good stepping stone for my current relationship as to building trust talking to exes? Im sure she still has these feelings too and for once I think I understand.

I turned 19 in Dec. 2010.

Was living with my father but moved into my moms house, (mistake) sometime in Jan. 2011

Was working full time making 1200+ a month until July 2011. Got fired, and receiving unemployment benefits currently. At the beginning of Oct. 2011 my mother kicked me out of house, as i was too much money to afford.

When I was working, 40+ hours a week, I was rarely home besides to sleep. Very minimal electric use, bought my own food and food for the house but would also eat food bought from food stamps. Allowed her to borrow money , occasionally would pay the cable bill (one time was $250+)She payed absolutely nothing of mine, besides the rent where i was staying, one persons use of electric, and water. The time from when I was fired to being kicked out I was paying $300 monthly rent. My mom was making the same amount of money as I each month, as well as being supplied food stamps and $500 child support monthly for 52% custody of my younger brother. Her boyfriend who would stay home all day was also living with us for a majority of the year.

How are the expenses she provided me calculated, from this is she entitled to claim me even if I claim myself first?

I am worried also because she somehow used my name and ss# to obtain food stamps benefits and I received a letter stating i owe $1000+ to the government and they would be taking my state taxes for however many years to pay it off. I know she will try to claim me as I left on horrid terms. But will she win the claim? I see on other similar question there is some type of formula I dont want to understand. How does it factor that I was costing 1/4 month rent of an apartment, 1/4 electric and 1/4 water?

She is very undeserving, and I need my taxes to get on with my life. She said i never had to pay in the beginning until it all turned sour.

My car was having trouble starting, would initially sound as if it was going to start but could not, but continued to sound as if it was trying to start. This may have worked after a few attempts

Now when i try to start my car there is one click and nothing. Everything else in my car works radio, all lights. Every so ofter my car will start seems like once a week. I had someone look at it and he checked the battery claiming it was good and hit my starter with a hammer which got it going again.

Does this sound like the starter ?

Would I be able to change the starter?

I was fired from my job for no clear reason. Want to know what I can still do or should have done.

I was working as a vendor for a liquor distributor , working at the same store everyday for almost a year. My girlfriend's..best friend's..parents got me fired.

The day before I was released apparently the parents created a huge scene at the store, claiming that I was stealing liquor underage and was drinking it with there daughter who is only 16. They went on to say that I was taking advantage of their daughter and even seen me carrying the stolen products home.

All of which is a lie! Ive had the same girlfriend for more than two years, I never stole , and I drove to work!

I know for a fact their daughter has had problems being as my gf was her best friend I knew a lot of 'secrets' There have been so many times the girl would text my gf late at night saying she was going to kill herself, she cant take it anymore as well as various accounts of her sneaking out going to her friends house and parties. She has also been arrested, various fights at school , suspension , been to rehab and counsellings

But the girls parents always let her back out to do as she pleases

EVEN NOW, a couple months after I see through social networking sites shes hanging out with bad people in and out of school , didnt learn any lesson , on to the next life she can ruin.

So it is my assumption the girl once caught by her parents , tried to snitch to her parents that it was all my fault that I was the reason she could get alcohol, and all the nights she would come home messed up or sneak out she would claim to be coming from my house. It makes to much sense.

My girlfriend lives with me and we did all hang out many times a week for the past 2 years but closer and closer to the the last weeks before I was fired the gir never came around.

So the day I was fired I was taken out of the store and told I have been stealing company products. Which is actually hilarious because the older 'bosses' always came to the store a took home 'breakers'

I told him that are you serious you guys are the ones doing that, which shut him up and then he started to retell the story of the girls parents. Making it very clear he thought I was a rapist.

Soon after , my partner at the time at the job tried to clear my name as he knew the truth but it did not help. WHAT THEY DO is say the store I was working at changed their policy to having only people 21 years or older working at the store.

So now I am unemployed and receiving unemployment. At the time I really loved my job. I literally worked 48+ hours nearly every week for one year, I also felt as if I was considered the work horse doing all the physical labor at the store while my partner would usually handle the talking. Everyone fed me the idea this job could be a career. Looking back I wasted so much effort for nothing?

The boss that fired me went on to say that the company had to fire me there 'hands were tied' because the girls parents threatened to sue the company and the store I worked at. Which goes to show she didn't know who to be mad at she just wanted to get the point across the action had to be done. As if the parents had to prove that it wasnt there OWN FAULT.

What can I do now? Is there any way for legal action or just take it and move on? Or keep on bitching.
