My 4 year old son with down syndrome passes every time he hits his head. We are very careful with him and are extra cautious but due to his low muscle tone he trips and falls occasionally. He has never fell from anything other then just tripping over his own feet. When he falls and hits the back of his head he cries for a few seconds, blacks out for a few seconds then usually acts like he is fine after a minute or two. However this week he has done it twice and tonight he quit breathing for about a minute after hitting his head. We called 911 and he was fine by the time they arrived and checked him out. We have taken him for many tests and x-ray's and they old us that there is no real issue. I am looking for any answer or suggestions on what to do. We got two opinions and they found no major problems. However I know this is not normal and when he stopped breathing I almost lost it. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

When he did his eyes rolled back and he blacked out for like 10 seconds. He woke up cried a little bit and then was fine. Today his little brother pushed him back off of his tricycle and he hit his head again and did the same exact thing. He is fine right now though. Two times in the past we have taken our two year old (who has DS) to the doctor because he seems to be very weak and almost like in a lazy state and does not have the energy to do much most of the time. We have had blood work done on both occasions and everything has come back fine. Another issue that has come up is since he has been able to vocalize his thoughts he has let us know that he gets very cold when he really shouldn't be. He starts shivering for things like drinking cold drinks, gets cold right away outside on cool days even if he is dressed warm and so on. I was wondering if these two things could be connected and what else we could have the doctor check for. His iron levels seem to be fine based on the previous tests. Thanks so much. Some people probably think we are paranoid but I would rather be safe.

I am a 26 year old Male. I started running about 5 months ago starting at only a mile (I was out of shape). Today I finally made a full 10k run and my time was 49.54. I know that its not a great time but for my first attempt I hope its not completely horrible. How does it compare to an average runner?

I plan on going but really wish they would go ahead and announce who Mexico is playing. Originally heard it was USA but that was canceled. I have heard a rumor that they will actually be playing North Korea again which I hope is not true. Anyone have any ideas?

I have a new canon Vixia HF200. It records onto a 16gig Sdhc card. I fortunately have a Panasonic TV that I can insert the card into and it plays nice picture. However, I now want to edit some of the videos. I have been trying to upload them into my computer. When I play the videos on my computer it is real glitchy. I have even saved the file and it is still real glitchy. I purchased Corel videostudio Pro X2 and it also uploads the videos and plays them slow and glitchy. My computer has no problem uploading or playing videos from other sources. And it’s strange that my panasonic tv plays them just fine. Any hints on what I can do? Can I convert the .mts file to another file type without reducing the video quality? Thanks in advance.

I am wanting to take my father, grandfather and two brothers deep sea fishing out of galveston, TX. Everywhere I look it costs about 1200 dollars and that is too much. The party boat is cheaper but has bad reviews. Any suggestions on a fair priced good trip? Thanks

After all there are problems with every field. How about it being cold so much in Greenbay and other northern outside stadiums that they should have to get a dome after all how many interceptions and fumbles happen on those fields in the winter time? Or put an umbrella in Seattle because it rains so much, or my favorite plant some seeds in the middle of Raiders field so nobody gets injured on the dirt which really mess’s up the kicks and snaps and could injure players when tackled. The point is that it seems as always that most are pretty jealous of the new stadium and that is why they make such a big deal about it. Jerry Jones went 5 feet above the regulated height so why should it be his fault in the first place. Kickers should just have to deal with it as other teams deal with problems of the other stadiums.

In the very back of my nose it is very swollen and red. It has been there for a few months and is getting bigger so much so that it is starting to obstruct my intake of air in that side of my nose. I know I need to go see a Doctor and plan on doing so. But in advance does anyone have an Idea of what this may be? It could be a staph infection from what I have read. Could something like this actually affect your brain from pressure due to the area that it is located. The past few months I have been feeling really weird and my memory is getting worse.

After 20 years of being depressed I finally feel I can't take it anymore and want to get help but do not know how or where to start. I really do not want to see a a psychiatrist and would rather just try medication. Is there a special doctor for this? What is involved, is it just telling him/her my life story and then getting a prescription or is there a lot more to it. Thanks everyone in advance for your help.

Going to San Antonio this weekend with my wife and baby for our 3 year anniversary. We have plans but want to know of any suggestions you may have of things to do in the middle of the summer with a baby. We are planning on visiting schlitterbahn, dallas cowboys training camp, the tea gardens, river walk and would like a few more suggestions. I think it is to hot for six flags or sea world for us right now. Thanks for your help.

I am taking my wife to San Antonio this weekend for our 3 year wedding anniversary. We have a lot planned including going to the dallas cowboys training camp. She is a huge Tony Romo fan (maybe to huge). I would love for her to get to shake his hand or get an autograph. Any ideas on how to make this happen? I am a average slim 24 year old male.

Ok I am married to an "illegal immigrant". She came over when she was little we I love her got married have a baby and want to get her legal. I have plenty of money and just got a lawyer to send off all applications and documents to start the process. We will eventually have to go back so she can come back legally. We are paying all of the penalties. How long from this point will it take before we have to leave. Thanks and please be nice.
