I'm TTC and I've been reading all kinds of tips and such to get pregnant.

Why does it seem so difficult?!

I know everyone is different but I swear I know tons of people who POOF, pregnant!

I'm getting so discouraged!

Anyone have any advice?

My husband and I are TTC.

I'm worried that I'm leaking too much out.

Usually, the morning after sex, a lot leaks out. Is this normal?

I've read SO many different answers!

My husband and I had unprotected sex on April 14th (3 weeks ago).

My period was due to start April 30th (according to my tracker app). My previous period started April 2nd.

Would it be too early to do a home test on May 7th? That's a week after my period was due.

I plan on going to get a test from the doctor but just wanted to try at home first before I go.

Okay. I know a million people have asked the 'could I be pregnant question' but read on:

My husband and I had unprotected sex on the 14th of April. My period (according to my tracker application) was due on the 30th, and is now 4 days late. However, my periods are almost never normal (last period before came on April 2nd, and for 2 months before that it had been around the 15th).

I plan on taking a home pregnancy test on the 7th (making my period a week late if it doesn't come before that), I'm just really curious now.

I've been experiencing back pain (lower occasionally, mostly mid), and some cramping sparsely that feel like my period cramps (just milder). No nausea as of yet, and my breasts are no more tender than during my period.

Just looking for some advice to ease my mind for a couple of days. I WANT to be pregnant for those wandering. I've never been pregnant before, and don't want to freak myself out.

I'm getting married in October and am having a smaller wedding. That means I will not be able to invite everyone in my life to the actual wedding and reception (For example: great aunts, cousins whom I never speak to, and friends who aren't very close)

My mom wants to have a party beforehand so that everyone can come and celebrate with my fiance and I. However, I have never heard of any type of party having to do with a wedding where people do not feel like they need to bring a gift. I would just like to have a get together where people feel included, whether or not they are invited to the wedding.

Just curious. I know that you can send wedding announcements after the wedding has taken place, but is there ever a time when you could send them before?

I am having a small-ish wedding, but would like to notify people who will not be invited to the wedding that we are getting married. I seem to think it's better to let them know ahead of time, Especially to those who my maid of honor may invite to the bridal shower. But, I don't want people to wonder why I'm sending them BEFORE the ceremony.

Any input would be great!

I'm having a hard time with my guest list for my wedding/reception. The wedding AND reception are taking place at the same venue, so everyone who is invited is invited to both.

We have to pay per person, so we have to keep our list down. However, I'm not sure if it would be considered rude to indicate on the invitation that people can not bring guests. For instance, I am inviting several of my coworkers but do not know their husbands/boyfriends, so is it rude to ask that they do not bring them? I obviously have never been married before so I don't know how this works! I just don't want to go over budget, but also do not want to be rude to my friends and family! Any advice would be great!

Besides ebay, what are some good websites to buy cheap makeup and beauty products? It can be high-end stuff or low-end, doesn't matter. I'm just interested in checking out some websites others have bought from. Makeup, makeup brushes, etc...

I know all states/counties are pretty different, but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this? I'm over 21, so I can legally own a gun, but I would also like to get my conceal carry license. Do you have to take classes? What's the cost to get your licese? (I live in Summit County in Ohio if that helps)

I'm on the hunt for a reception and ceremony place for my wedding in October. I have a tight budget, so I want somewhere NICE but not too expensive. Any input would be appreciated. Even just places to rent where food can be brought in would be fine! I've done a lot of research but I'm wondering if anyone has had experiences with any place.

Also, how far in advance should you send out invitations to it?

I've done gift registries at a few different stores. I was wondering if it was appropriate to include that information in the save-the-dates, the actual invitations, or not at all?

Just wondering what other people think. :)

My friend and I are both 22 years old. I'm engaged and she's never even had a date! I feel bad that she's so lonely but she can't seem to find a guy that 'isnt a creeper' in her words. She's even tried dating sites. What can I do to help?!

Does Halven or Halvan (pronounced Hal-Vin) sound more like a boys name or a girls name? Which spelling looks better?

My fiance and I don't want a huge wedding. We would rather focus more on our house once we're married and that stuff. So, what are some ways we can cut back and save some money without compromising the guest list, etc?

The person who gave him to me said he was one breed, but I really don't think so. I for sure think he is a mix! Not that it matters, but knowing/having a good idea of what breed of dog you have helps a LOT.

I'm getting married in 14 months but don't really know when we should start our registry. I've gotten different answers from different sources, so I'm asking here as well!

I am looking into purchasing a Wedding Planner. But there are SO many! If anyone has had experience with any certain one, or can just recommend one for me, that'd be great. Links are appreciated as well (preferably to the certain one on amazon.com)
