It's so odd. I'd never thought i'd come back here for love advice. But here I am in a pickle. So basically I met this girl online a while back and we hit it off right away, being a bit younger back then we didn't realize that ever actually meeting each other would be a lot tougher than it sounded. We live thousands of miles apart. I know that I love her. She loves me too. There have been a lot of times when we agreed we were gonna move on cause of the whole distance thing. But I just can't seem to get over her and and she can't do the same about me.

We both do not have the resources to see each at this time. In fact we won't for some time. I need to know what is the only way out. I believe that meeting someone new (here) is gonna help a lot.

Ok so here's my deal, My laptop is a Sony Vaio VGN-NR140E.....I'd say manufactured around late 2008........it runs off dual channel memory......it came with 1GB of RAM, so 2 X 512 MB modules....the maximum supported memory is 2GB...2 X 1GB modules........

reviews of this laptop suggested that it could actually take 4GB.....So I bought one of these....

It worked.......So I wanted to go a little further....I bought another one of those later on to bump it up to 8GB.........

but it's not working for some reason.......the computer turns on but the HDD will not boot at all....

why does over maxing RAM prevent your PC from turning on?

I just turned 20 years old and about im 5'11'' and 197 pounds.....

im fairly scrawny....barely have any muscle....im looking to bulk up a bit....but my brother has honestly said one of dumbest things I've ever heard in my life....I have never ever heard of this...

he said after puberty you cant build muscle anymore.........really?!? how is this even possible?

is it possible to use the HDD inside an external HDD as an Internal?....

I just took apart a WD External 160 GB and stuck it inside my Desktop.....but instead of booting its making these strange robotic like noises......here's whats weird the HDD that is originally inside my desktop is exactly the same as the one in the external.....same model and everything...

hello im having trouble with my Dell....im trying to install Mcafee Total Protection but the problem is I keep getting an error message saying "there not enough sufficient memory to install this program"...

I understand that....my RAM size is small because the computer is old.....it only has 128 MB's of RAM on it.....what I don't understand is why the computer is only telling me this now if I just had Norton 360 on there?!? a whopping 512 MB's of freaking RAM!!! plus I just installed Firefox and Office 2010 without incident.....

this is ridiculous, all those programs are no problem for 128 MB's...but not for Mcafee?!?!

my homework assignment says to "list computer hardware found in the field of education"....I need to know what they mean by hardware....does it mean like printers and projectors and stuff?

my junior college fall semester starts tomorrow on Monday the 16th.....but my class is only on Tuesdays and Thursdays....on my schedule it says my class starts on Tuesday the 17th......Do I have to go tomorrow for any other reason?....Its only that class....cause im only taking 1 class....

ok ....my computer was infected with a horrible virus that my Norton couldnt even touch...everytime I scanned this thing would shut the whole computer during the scan.....it shut down all my firewalls....and gave me a Blue Screen of Death........when I restarted my computer computer everything would seem normal....but my HDD would start making this weird noise like it was stalling....then it would freeze and of course the blue screen would come up.....

I sent my computer in to get repaired...and when it came back everything was clean....but for some reason it was still stalling.....like there no blue screens or nothing but it would stop for 10 seconds and then start again......I decided to install Windows 7 but as an upgrade....which was a terrible idea....upgrade is just basically pasting the Windows 7 shell over Windows Vista...everything Vista is still there.....

ok so back the to the issue.....My HDD was still stalling....even after the freaking upgrade....so someone told me I should Format my HDD and do a clean Windows 7 install.....So I did.....

Here I am today......piece of s*it is stalling!!!!!!....

did this thing physically damage my Hard drive?!?!.....

OS:Windows 7 Premium.....

I just installed CS5 Extended and for some reason the desktop icon is showing up as that broken icon image...that little white icon with the colored dots.... :/.....when I try to copy or make a new shortcut it just shows up the same....I dont think its the CS5 itself cause when i click the shortcut the program opens up normally with no error..........

ok....I recently restored my Vaio's HDD using the hidden partition in the boot menu....after i hit restore the drive was wiped and it began to reinstall Vista and pre-software (which is NOT what i wanted, I DIDNT want to restore as a recovery,I wanted it back to factory settings like clean)

So during installation I restarted an went back to the boot menu to find the partition again...but this time the partition was gone and all I could find was this "Noexecute"......

it seemed the reset had no effect on the installation though, I can get to my login screen and boot into safemode...but I cant get full access onto the computer...the login screen displays these 2 accounts "Admin" and "other user".....

if I try to log on "Admin" it says "your account has been disabled, see you system administrator"

if I try to log on "other user" its locked by a password which I dont know...

im looking to wipe my entire hard drive on my Vaio Laptop...afterward im gonna install Windows 7...

I need to know if the Recovery Disks are necessary? or can it just run The Windows OS all by itself?

why do computers need Recovery Disks anyway? isnt the OS enough?

ok so a couple weeks ago I sent my computer in to be restored because a program installed a horrible virus on it, it was so bad that my viral scanner missed it and actually got disabled by this thing.....at that point it even infected safe mode.....so whenever I tried to run my computer it would work for like 10 seconds and then the hard drive would make a noise it was almost stalling, then the computer brought me to a blue screen of death....ok so thinking the problem could be fixed by restoration I took my comp in for servicing and when it got back everything seemed fine and the virus is gone now...but every now and then the Hard Drive freezes and stalls but since the virus is gone no more blue screen....the drive simply starts up again....

so my question is....did the virus cause so much damage that it ruined my Hard Drive beyond repair?

i was at a concert last night and it was my first time ever going to a rock concert anyway the crowd started to get really rowdy during one of the songs and somebody decide to throw their cup of beer at us! it got all over me and ended up in my mouth...but i spat it out......

i came home from the concert and when I woke up the next morning my whole body ached...

the pain hasnt gone away....i have a headache and out of nowhere i have come down with a cough...i cant even walk cause my calves hurt like hell....i think it may have come from the beer.....that person might have been infected!
