The range is $100 to $500 in Virginia. Why can't they have a set amount for $1,000? What criteria does the police officer use to determine how much to fine you when there is a range?

If a police car is inert, the officer can get an accurate reading with the radar. However, if the police car is moving, the officer can't accurately determine the speed of other vehicles. Can an officer issue a speeding ticket even if the police car is moving?

I know one guy who was in LD classes and who now has a daughter. This could be a problem because his daughter might have learning impairments, too. I have learning problems, too, and therefore I plan to be a virgin for the rest of my life. I think I'm doing the right thing and the other LD guy is doing the wrong thing. What do you think?

I was running on the track. Two of the other runners thought I was chasing them, but I wasn't. They would increase their speed every time they saw me coming up from behind them. I simply got closer to them because they were slower than I was. I tried to pass them, but they still sped up. Could they accuse me of harassment?
