I know nothing about coins... but I have some gold-plated statehood quarters minted from 1999 to 2005 all in hard plastic cases. I guess that would make them uncirculated? Are they worth anything? I have 34 of the 35 quarters minted in that time frame. I'm really not sure if they're gold-plated or solid but I imagine they would be heavier if they were pure. Is that true?

Got them at a moving sale and paid $40 for those and a big jar of old mercury dimes, half-dollars, quarters, and nickels.

When does the first yankee game start in florida?

It's only lightly battered shrimp and coconut cream sauce, no vegetables and no coconut. Can anyone help me please? They serve it at buffet restaurants.

When he's crawling through the ceiling, he falls through before he gets to finish it. He starts by saying "A naked lady walks into a bar with a poodle under one arm and a 2-foot salami in the other. She puts the poodle on the bar. The bartender asks "What's the salami for?" --- then he falls through the roof and says "I forgot my pencil" and never ends the joke. Does anyone know the punchline?

Of everyone I talk to, it's about 50/50. Some hate him, others love him. I happen to adore him (and his gorgeous eyes!!!!) & was just wondering if you like him, love him or hate him.

When I watch a game, I love to have a big bowl of watermelon chunks, and just today I discovered Golden Grahams cereal!!! They're great to eat as "chips" with or without milk! And they're just the right size. I think that's my new basbeall snack.

I need a song to put on a slideshow for my nephew's high school graduation. His mom died 3 years ago and I need a touching song to go with pictures of her. I'm also doing a "family" slideshow with pictures of our entire family. Got any ideas for songs to include? Please no religious songs. Sorry & thanks for your help!

Would you still root for one of your fave players if he got traded to a team you hate?

This happened to me...NickSwisher, my favorite team member of the Oakland A's, was traded to the stupid Chicago White Sox --- A TEAM I DESPISE!!!!!!!

But being the true fan I am, I will now faithfully watch those idiots just so I can root for my sweet Nick.

When your team doesn't make the playoffs, who do you choose to root for? The team closest to your city?

For example, I'm from CA, so if SD and St. Louis are in the World Series,

I would automatically root for San Diego just becuz they're from the same state as I.

However, this doesn't ALWAYS occur.

I have rooted for other teams out of my area that play CA teams.

Is it regional for you or do you root for the team with more 'substance' instead?

I have a best friend that is going to be 38 years old in October.

We were best friends in high school & ~ after reconnecting ~ have been best friends for about 3 years now too.

He wants to be married, and have kids, or at least have a girlfriend. But he says he's shy and can't find the right girl to get serious with. He's got a good job, isn't bad looking, though not gorgeous like A-Rod or anything.

He has good morals, is thoughtful, and funny.

I feel bad for him and I don't want him to spend his life alone, but he's very picky.

He complains that every girl he dates isn't right for him. He finds reasons to stop seeing her.

He was engaged once and his girlfriend cheated on him,

got pregnant by someone else and didn't tell him till she absolutely had to.

So I know he's afraid of being hurt again but I think he needs to take a chance or risk being alone forever!

Do you have any suggestions for him?
