Where would I get one? What is the cost?

I see people are selling their time shares really cheap right now. I'd like to get one. I know there's upkeep fees and such. If you've ever owned one, what has been your experience. What would be a good company to go with?

I really want to move there and buy a home. Where are the safer areas? What are the zip codes of those areas?

I'm contemplating buying a David's Bridal wedding gown from a thrift store. It's very nice, but all David's gowns seem so... run of the mill. There's nothing about them that reall makes them stand out. Any ideas on how to give a gown a more personal or custom look would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've read that some banks are allowing people to live FREE in foreclosed homes if they promise to keep it up and make it look lived in so it isn't vandalized. Does anybody know about this? The seller of the card promises the buyer an amount of 5.00 to 500.00. Who in their right mind would buy one? It's HIGHLY unlikely that the seller is going to put any significant amount money on the card. So why bother?
