My band and I recorded a studio cover of a popular european band Hooverphonic and at the moment it appears at the bottom of the page when you search for "Mad About You Cover". What can we do to get the video to appear further up on the page/listing?

Where can I find more information about NY Congressional District 28th, I already know who my incumbent is, Louise Slaughter. How do I find out what candidates are running to be nominated against the incumbent? Is there a website that lists this? Also, assuming I'm registered for the opposing party, how do I vote for one of the candidates in the primaries? Thanks!

I know nothing about harddrives specs other than storage, would this one be Ok to upgrade to? If not could you recommend a decent macbook 500 gig harddrive to upgrade to for less than $200? Thanks!

I have a 16 and 8 ohm speaker that I want to put in a combo amp which has a selectable ohm output of 4, 8, and 16. How would I wire these speakers, if I do so parallel, they will come out at 12 OHM and if I wire them in series they will come out at 24 Ohms. Can I wire them at 12 ohm and just use the 16 ohm setting or will that destroy the speaker? Thanks!

I've got some sessions done in a studio that used Protools, I have the tracks all saved in pro tools format on a flash drive and I'd like to open them. However, I don't have pro tools. There is folder that says Audio Files, with about 639 files in .WAV format, so I could listen to say just the guitar or bass drum on a song, however their not in any particle order or really labeled properly. Is there anyway to convert the pro tools to Garageband and open it?

Atleast I've heard it's fixed bias, can I just put new power tubes in and I'm good to go? Anything to look out for?

My guitar use to hold it's tuning like a champ but recently my 3rd string (g) has been falling out of tune, not horrible but I have to re-tune after every couple songs. Before I could wail out basically a whole set without it falling too flat. Honestly, I haven't change the strings in a good 6 months. Just changed em today, do you think this will help them stay in tune, or is it a guitar issue?

I'm currently working in an indie band and we're ready to start gigging. What should I be prepared for? I've read in the past that press kits with Demos and Picture, but is that necessary to send out to all the bars in the area? Should I just call the bars, and what should I expect and mention about payment, if any? (Our draw would probably be only two dozen people at most at this point)

I'm recording a pretty Lo-Fi Demo with Garage Band, getting everything to sound decent isn't too hard but I'm worried about the drums. I have a shure58 MIC, ran to a mixer to a tape out to a Macbook. The mic was positioned with a mic stand just a few inchs above the bass drum.

A test run made me feel less than happy with the resulting sound quality of the drums.

Should I get another mic, a shure57? Where should I position the microphone(s)?
