I'm a 26 year old female from Boston, Ma. I am the mother of a beautiful six-year-old. And FYI...for those who are in the horoscope section...I am an Aquarius!!!

  • If liquor was being served to adults at a bar but then the adults gave their under 21 yrs old alcohol...?

Who would be held liable for giving alcohol to the under 21 year old if caught? The bar or the parents? Just wondering because they technically are drinking in a public establishment who is responsible for not serving drinks to people underage...

  • Why do some religious people always use God to answer questions?

Even if it is a simple question like "what kind of soap should I buy"? I asked a few questions on here and it seems like you always get that person that says "pray" or "leave it up to God". Is it against the rules to come up with a thought outside the bible? Are these people allowed to have a thought might possibly be from another source other than God (and I'm not talking about Satan)? Its no offense to those who believe...I was just curious.

  • Is there such thing as a total independent person?

I hear women (including myself) claim to be independant all the time. I am begginig to realize that despite having our own house, cars, jobs, etc, we all depend on someone for one thing or another. What makes a person truly independent?

  • Is reaching for the stars, literally as hard as reaching for them figuratively?

Just wondering, when someone tells you to reach for the stars...are they secretly telling you to reach for something that is completely out of reach and very hard to get to or are the stars really more closer than we tend to realize?

  • What classifies a man as a "good" guy...?

...and under what circumstances would he become a bad boy? Instead of complaining why females tend to go for the "bad boys", wouldn't it be better to think that we go for good men gone bad? And vice-versa on the question. Under what circumstances would a bad guy become good? Is it safe to assume that every guy is good, they just have their bad moments?

I ask this question before but I just want to get the philosophy majestic of it.)

  • If you were to lose materialistic possessions, would you allow yourself to become miserable?

True, this is a crippling situation but to would you shut down mentally? Things such as a job, your house burned down, etc. And lets just say that its one or the other but not all. Would you allow the energy around you to consume you to a darkened state of mind? And if so, would you allow or how would you prevent your state of mind from effecting anyone else?

  • My best friend or my cousin, what should I do?

My best friend goes out with my cousin. They been going through relationship problems for years now but are currently on the verge of breaking up. She recently confided some information in me that would definitely end the relationship and caused me to lose a little respect for her.

I consider myself a trustworthy person and would hate to betray her secrets but at the same time...I really don't want her to be with my cousin because I love him a lot. I spoke with him and he seems like he is at his wits end. He wants to know what she said but out of respect I didn't say anything. I just told him that he really should start developing a life style that doesn't include her.

It burns me up inside that I am keeping this secret from him. I feel so guilty that I am hiding it. Should I tell him, lose the trust (and possible friendship) of my best friend or keep advising without it?

BTW...They do have a child together.

  • Will THIS Aquarius and Aries work out?

I piss him off a lot. It seems like I can never say the right thing. I want to get to know him better but I get nervous about where that could lead because I've been heart broken before. He's been heart broken. He says he's ready for another relationship so he talks to all these girls to see which one would be the best. I want to be the best but again I keep pissing him off. I mean, we still make out and laugh with each other sometimes...we have a lot in common. I just don't know what to do to keep on his good side.

I have heard Aries men are very temper-mental, does pissing them off make them not want to talk to you any more? Being an Aquarius, of course I handle it in a detached manner but does that make him even more upset? What is the best way to get on his good side?

PS. They say Aries men like to chase but I think he is WAY over that. He says because of his broken heart, he refuses to chase anymore. I've never been good at chasing myself so this seems like it has been a tug-o-war kind of thing. We do like each other...its just that we both are being so careful. I mean...should two heart broken people really try to get together?

  • What would guess the signs of Danger, Cocktail and Unique from the Love of Ray J are?

I think Danger would be a Libra; Cocktail is a Cancer; and Unique is an Aquarius.

My friend believes that Danger is a Leo; Cocktail is a Gemini; and Unique is a Virgo.

    What do you think?

  • Should I put in a sexual harrassment claim?

There is a pretty nice older man who comes in and picks up our mail in the morning. Since I am a friendly person, I always engage him in conversation but his conversations been turning a little "intimate" lately. He would tell me that he would like to take me on trips with him and how I "owe" him for something. I have been able laugh and turn him away but recently he leaned over my desk and wanted me to kiss him!! I was so disgusted! I told him no, that it wasn't right and walked away. I couldn't even look him in his eyes. I never thought his flirtations would get to this level. I feel guilty because I was being friendly and he really is a nice person but now I just feel really uncomfortable. What should I do?

  • If someone told you that there was going to be a flood because God told them, would you believe them?

Of course, I was watching Evan Almighty the other night and thought about how many people made fun of him and didn't believe him. As a Christian, how many of you would actually believe that he spoke to God? How many of you know believe that someone has a message for you from God? What would it take for you to actually believe?

Now let's forget the fact that it is a movie and that Steven Carroll is an actor. Maybe it's your next door neighbor who had to build an ark, or your son who had to play God. What would your intial reaction be and what would it take for you to change?

  • What age is it when you realize that you are too old to leave a relationship?

What age would a person have to be to realize that you spent all these years with a person, you're gonna just wait it out until one of you die?

  • Let's share a little. Where were you before you found religion?

Or any other major thing that might have changed your life.

Me? I don't know where I was. I think I was really misguided, just trying to fit in where I can and did anything to be accepted. I think I was really confused in what I really wanted.

    What about you?
