I did not claim a lawsuit in my bankruptcy as (a) I had not be qualified as a plaintiff at the time of the bankruptcy; (b) I was not guaranteed any moneys if I was qualified.

Almost a year after the bankruptcy was finished with, I was told that I would be getting some money. The check was made out to myself AND my lawyer.

When I went to get the check, he told me that he had to inform the trustee. The trustee wanted the ACTUAL CHECK - not a copy.

After 90 days, and I hadn't heard anything, I called the person who issued the check. The check HAD BEEN CASHED on Feb 23rd. I was not notified. I had not signed the check. I had not given verbal or written agreement to sign the check over.

The check was not payable to the trustee or the the US Bankruptcy court. I feel fraud was involved. I have no idea where the money is.

We currently have a Motorola 3416DTHD cable box. Recently we found a second box at a garage sale. Will we be able to use the second box? I have heard that if you turn it in to Comcast, they will give you one. Is this true? Will you be charged for the second box?

Because of stomach surgery, I cannot take the Anaprox DS for my migraine headaches. I have tried Tylenol 3 w/codeine and Lortab (in liquid form) which seems to help, but may be having an allergic reaction from it.

I am trying to get on Section 8, but would like to find out what allowances can be deducted from my gross income. Because I am disabled, I believe I can take off $400 but I don't know if that is from monthly gross or yearly gross. Also, would like to know what medical expenses might be deductible. I have 300 ct egyptian cotton sheets. They are great except the wrinkles at the top portion on the sheet. I have tried to iron them immediately upon removal from the dryer. I've also tried to iron the top portion while they were still wet. I've tried ironing them with and without steam at the highest setting possible.

I have the same edging on the pillow cases and there are no wrinkles in either one - just the flat sheet. Some people think I'm crazy, but I'm not. I want my bed to look nice, but I'm not going for the 'Martha Stewart' look. Any suggestions??
