If it was late at night and there was man who was drunk, not necessarily causing any disturbances or being rude, just outside alone and someone called it in, what would the procedure be?

This is for a story I am writing in school and the character has lost his job, become exceedingly drunk and is just sitting down on the ground (at about 12:30 a.m.), about to pass out. Also , he has dropped the bottle and cut his hand trying to pick up the pieces.

I am going to ask you guys some questions. Because I have been so vehement about the fact that you can’t turn into one, I never really got into the reasons you would want to become one. Just curious, so if you would please answer these questions.

1) Why is it you want to become a merperson? Is it because of the show H20? Because that is one man’s variation of the mermaid legend, and probably the least likely.

2) Do you realize what you would be giving up if you were to turn into a merperson at the touch of water?

Going by the H20 mermaids, which so many of you seem to take these mermaid questions from, you would be turned into a mermaid at this time because lean muscle tissue contains about 75% water, blood contains 95% water, body fat contains 14% water and bone has 22% water.

Now since all of these things make up your body, I would think they would be seen as touching your body.

The only reality TV show I can really stand to watch is The Amazing Race, but I have only ever watched the older ones that they replay on the Fox Reality channel. Does anyone know when a new season will start or if ti was canceled?Thanks in advance!

my ccd teacher once was telling my class about the antichrists and how hitler was one and napoleon.im sad to say i didnt really pay attention because now this topic is drawing my attention.what if someone knew they were the antichrist?what do you think they would do?i mean it would be a pretty heavy burden to bear and i doubt they would want to be it.what if they tried their best to keep from doing harmful things to others,yet in the end they still caused pain and suffering?

today while i was in the car,i saw a bumper sticker that said god bless our troops and what im wondering is how could he?i mean yes the military protects people and tries to help but how about when a troop kills someone else?i mean some would be sorry they did that but there would be others who wouldnt.so i guess my question really is is how do christians view the military?

ok i have been giving this a lot of thought for some odd reason.... that adam and eve were possibly monkeys,who were told by satan to go eat the apple they shouldnt have,which then made them smarter and started evolution.has anyone else ever had this thought?just wondering
