  • Does Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 have the regular Photoshop cs6 program?

I'm getting mixed answers, while on the package it didn't state it, an online description did. I don't want to open it and see if it does because if it doesn't I won't be able to exchange it.

  • Legal help?

I recently went on vacation (driving down from New England down to Florida), while I was on vacation I was driving at night and got a speeding ticket. I got a citation and have to have either myself or a lawyer, (thats what the trooper told me) go and represent me. I would normally go, but the court date is set for a time where I can not take off for work , and I have looked for lawyers in the area but non seem to get back to me.

I'm not trying to fight the ticket, I have no valid reason for going as fast as I did, and it's my first speeding ticket ever.

Is it possible to handle the situation with the court over the phone or if there is a certain place I can go to find a lawyer to go on my behalf, or maybe I can reschedule the court date? I am just very confused on the situation, and I'm not really too sure what to do. Any thing helps! Thanks again!

  • Should I considering putting my dog down?

I took in a toy poodle from an ex roommate. Well, she was basically abandoned here, but I gladly started to care for her to the best of my abilities. I am a college student, so I never got pet insurance, nor took her to the vet (only once cause she was attacked but a bigger dog)

But even when I first took her in, I could tell she wasn't well kept with previous owners, her gums and teeth where not cared for, she had/has lumps on her stomach.

But now it's been 3-4 years. And I've growned really attached to her. Her gums and teeth still aren't in the best of shape, no matter how many times I brush them or give her dental sticks, the lumps have grown in mass, and actually a week ago, it seems it's becoming an open sore. But the thing is. She doesn't seem like she's in pain. She still jumps around and barks when she sees me coming home, she will still jump from a high bed or jumps in the couch to cuddle, sleeps and eats regularly, still alert and active (dances with me when I put in music.) but my parents see the sore, and tell me I should outburst down, that's it's torture (since they know I can't really afford any vet bills) what should I do? She seems fine, and happy. I know if I put her down, I will be sincerely depressed. But I don't want to be greedy and only think about myself.

  • Bow tattoo..?

So I know it's been done and blah blah blah, but that's not the point of this question.

So I want to get bows on the back of my legs, either on the top of the calf or back of my thigh (above the knee)

I'm getting it cause they are forget me nots bows. They are gonna be in black in white cause a grey ribbon stands for brain cancer and it's kind of a piece to represent my grandmother who past of that. It's also cause she wore high heels even on her death bed with bows. And I loved that about her.

But the thing is I'm extremely self conscious about my legs so placement is scaring me, I have thick thighs, and was wondering do you think it looks better above the knee or below it on the calf?

  • Possible sleeve tattoo!?

Well I've always wanted a sleeve of tattoos, I could never entire decided on a theme but I think my perfect chance to get one is here.

Recently an artist I follow on Instagram, posted up saying he had a certain idea for a sleeve and he would give whomever wanted or was willing to get it done a really good deal. The theme he picked is actually one I was considering.

So what's the problem? A dream sleeve at a good price what am I waiting for? Well I'm only 20 years old, and have only gotten small tattoos and I don't know of I am ready to have a full length sleeve. It's not cause I'm unsure about the theme, but because I am still in school studying to get my career started. I know it probably won't matter that I have it once I have my career cause it is in the art field (animation) but I am worried about it for jobs that I currently may need until I get my career. Like currently I work in a child's clothing store and I'm not sure it that will impact it.

Should I hold off? Or go through with it, I mean it is just a job, and I could always find a new one. But what do you think.

You're opinions on the matter would be great!

And if you can tell me your experience in getting a

    tattoo sleeve.

    Thanks!!!

  • Financial aid help for universities?

So, it's that time where everyone has to start resubmit their Fasfa to their colleges. Last year I submitted it as a dependent under my father, but now my parents are saying that I am going to have to drop out because they refuse to pay for my education any longer (Ive only been in school for 3 semesters). But I really don't want to drop out, I want to continue my education and get my degree in Animation and visual effects. If I file my taxes this year as an independent, and I only put my wages for my fasfa will I get more money as financial aid to help me with school?

I currently work part time as a sales associate in a mall and only make like 2,300 a year. But this year coming up I am trying to get more hours and I am looking for another job. I'm taking online classes and I pay bills and rent in my parents house. so not all of it could go directly to my college. And I've tried to take out a private loan with my uncle as a co-signer but it was rejected. What should I do?

  • What do you think the text message Kate Moss sent to Pete Doherty meant?

The message I am referring to is "You're in my veins, you ****."

I am just curious if you see this quote/message in a negative manner, or a positive manner.

  • Can I legally carry a TASER/Stun Gun in the state of Connecticut?

I work at a mall, and especially at this time of year many retail employees have very early and very late hours. Lately there has been a lot of crimes in my locations (muggings, shoot outs, etc.) and since I loaned my car out to my mother until she makes enough to buy a new car, I'm stuck either waiting for someone to pick me up at night, or walking late at night to the train station to get home. It's very scary, and I have almost gotten mugged at one point (thankfully another mall employee was walking not to far behind me and stopped the attacker.) I just want to feel safe getting to work and getting home.

  • Can you register a car...?

I know I've asked this before, but can you register a car, with out a drivers license, with insurance that's in the name of an older sibling?

I asked before if I could just register it without a license, but I was reading the DMV site for Connecticut

And they say insurance under your name, but I can't get insurance without a license. Or can they put me in the insurance with a learner permit?

  • Do I have to have a drivers license to register a vehicle in Connecticut?

I am 19 years old turning 20 in a couple of months, but I lived New York briefly that's why I never bothered to get my drivers license, I moved back home with my patents, and July of this year I got my adults learners permit. I don't know if that makes a difference, but I just want to know if it is possible for me to register the car.

  • Should I take this job or keep looking?

I use to work at this locally grown, Mexican fast food grille. (Not using the company's name) about a year ago. I was fired maybe 2-3 months into it. I did have problems with anyone, I always kept to myself, I got along with the crew members and so on. I got fired by the general manager, she didn't like me, like I could tell she didn't because I was younger, and I would speak both English and Spanish to be able to talk to the employees in the kitchen. (Even the crew members knew she didn't like me, she was a real tyrant.) She the night she fired me, She put on dishes, to wash them all night (Which I don't mind, she took the guy that usually only does dishes and put him on the front, He couldn't handle it, so a lot of times I had to stop what I was doing and help him out) After I cleaned along with the crew. she asked me to go into the office (I thought it was going to be regarding the request I made to work less nights closing because I would get out at 12 am, and at the time I was a full time high school student and mostly AP and honors classes, and school comes first.) I went into the office and she told me I wasn't happy here and that tonight was my last night. I said ok, that's fine, smiled and left. I returned about 3 months later, to buy food because my friend wanted to eat there, and I ran into a manger that was really nice, he asked me what happened, because everyone was waiting for me to come into my next shift, but she never told anyone that she was going to fire me, and did it without the main mangers/owners knowledge.

A year goes by, and I kept getting those emails about jobs wanting you to apply and one of those were the same company. My cousin in law was looking for a job, so I told her about it, because I had no intention on applying. I was going to move across country for school so I already given my 2 week notice at this retail place I was working at. Long story short I got hit with finical problems and had to remain home but take online classes so I won't fall behind in school. So I remained jobless, at home, taking classes online.

My cousin in law was talking to 2 mangers at the grille, and she told them she knew me, they said they remembered me and if I wanted a job I cold always reapply because the manager was fired, and they liked my work ethic.

I went in and talked to them, I wasn't looking for a job at the time, so I thought it was a blessing to have this job opportunity fall in my hands.

But the more I thought about it the more and more working there seemed less appealing. I remember I would get yelled at for coming in too early (5 minutes) or too late (honestly 1 minute.)

Burning my hands on the hot food, getting yelled at by rude customers.

I worked at the mall, in a retail store, and I got along with everyone, I had fun and I really loved it. and when I gave my 2 week notice, they said I could reapply and have my job when I came home from school. (winter break so on.)

The only difference is at the grille I got more hours a week and got paid like .50 cents more. My parents are telling me to take the job and not go back into retail because it's more money, but I don't want to work a full time job and juggle school again, because I know for a fact that I can not handle it.

Should I just suck it up and take the job ? Or should I take my time, looking for a job I know I am not going to have a miserable time at.

  • Placement on a tattoo?

I am going to get the phrase "Et tu, Brute?" tattooed on me.

Just plain text, I'm not quite sure what kind of font, so if you know some good looking fonts you should let me know.

    But the question is:

Should I get it tattooed on the upper back part of my shoulder, or should I get it tattooed on my collar bone above my heart?

  • A small cluster of dirt on top of the rim of my window frame and slightly on my wall....?

There is this small cluster of dirt on the edge of my window frame in my room, I was slightly on my wall before, But I poked at it and it fell on the floor, I cleaned it up off the floor, but I just went about my day (this was months ago.) SO I was laying on my bed and I remembered the clump of dirt so I went to see if it was there, but I got on a chair to see, apparently I missed a part (I was paranoid the first time I saw it and only poked it off the wall.) but there was some on the edge of the window frame still. It hasn't like grown back or gotten bigger.

But I'm just curious what could it be from.

It was around the time my father first put in my AC. my room in in the basement, so the window is on the ground, and there was an ant and fruit fly problem in that room before I moved in there.

Could it be from the ants? Or the fruit flies?

  • There might be a mouse in my room.. HELP.?

So for months my mom has been saying that she has been finding droppings (mice poop) and that we need to clean up better and just make sure if we see it to get it out.

Personally I didn't believe her and thought it was one of her remarks to get everyone to clean more (Cause it's usually only me and her that do.) But then maybe a month or less ago my brother decided to put a mouse trap in his room because he said he saw something in his room before he was going to go to bed. Later that dad, when we came back home from hanging out with a couple of friends there was a baby mouse on the sticky pad. My brother took it off the sticky paper and let it go outside.

My dogs stopped barking at night (I think that's when they saw the mouse and tried to get it, it was always in the kitchen.) so I figured there was no more mice, but the other day my mom called me into the kitchen before she was headed to work (She goes to work around 3-4 am) and she showed me the utensil placer we have next to the stove, and it had poop on it.

Now I went on vacation and I lent my room out to my cousin for the time being, and I came back to the room being a complete mess, my clothes everywhere, scrap papers, my art supplies you name it it's every where. I have been super busy and haven't been able to clean (I was going to today) cause I've been prepping for college. But this morning (3am) I'm walking upstairs (my room is in the basement of the house) and I notice black almost like dots on the stairs, I look closer and its mice poop leading in to a hole in the concrete wall. on the other side of the wall is my walk in closet. I haven't been in there either (again my cousin took so many things out and tossed them back in so it's messy.) There is sheet rock separating the concrete from the closet but there is this opening near the door frame that a mouse could get through there.

What should I do? I'm scared that if I start cleaning the mouse is going to be there, and I will freeze up. and I can't lay don't a trap if there is no room for it on the floor.

Any tips or advise? Should I just clean and if I come across just face it?

Oh and calling pest control wont work, my parents wont pay for it, and I have no money that I can spent on that at the moment.

  • Is it possible to attend two different art schools at the same time.?

I am currently enrolled in an art university, I will taking classes online, and I'm only talking 2 classes, since it's the school's policy if it's my first semester online. I couldn't afford to move across country to where my college is so that's why I am taking the online classes.

But my parents pointed out this Art School in my community, they have some classes and workshops there, but I'm not sure if it's real college, or like just an art community center. It says School of Art, but besides that, its it possible to attend both my university and take a workshop or class there?

It's not that I'm trying to earn a different degree but I think it would be good to be in a class and interact with a teacher, and not just online. Also, I think it would be good to expand my portfolio.

  • Hair dye/bleaching help!?

So I've always dyed my hair, I've usually always kept to the red and orange family, but one day I decided to dye it a soft black by myself. I'm guess since I did it myself and it was my first time using the box dyed from the store I missed spots and some spots didn't take well.

So I had soft black hair with spots of darkened reddish orange poking threw. I went to a salon, and they decided to bleach it and try to make it one uniform color, or as close as possible to it.

The end result was not uniform and the bleach ate threw parts of my hair. Time passed and I dyed it brown. And then last winter while I was away at college, my friend used peroxide on my hair, to lighten it to a strawberry blonde, and I used a crimson wash at the bottom half my my hair, and it was fine.

But after a while I dyed it back to brown for this event I was going to.

Now my hair currently goes from the natural dark brown I have, to a lighter color (reddish) to a dark brown almost black.

I wanted to know since time has passed since I first bleached it, would it be safe to use the splat bleach to lighten up my hair so I can dye it the lusty lavender color.

My hair is kind if thin, but it's been getting healthy and it's been growing. ( since I had to cut it because of the bleaching from the salon)
