i have a doctors appointment tomorrow to talk about my concentration issues. im visiting my regular doctor not a specialist. i didnt know where i should start. ive had this problem since i was a kid but my parents chose to ignore the issue. t talked to a friend who told me to approach my doctor and im going to try but i just dont wanna look like a crazy person . tips and advice would be great.

-im in college now and my grades have always been suffering i am never able to sit down and study or get anything done on time.

- i have issues remembering things, few minutes after someone tells me something.

-i zone out while im driving

-i have issues get my act together, even though im starting to fail school now i just cant bring myself to finish my work. my friends offered me stimulants but i dont want to self diagnosis myself and i dont want to take medications that i have no business taking.

i dont feel comftorable talking to my parents its not an option me at this moment. so what would my doctor say will she be able to help me or will she think im crazy. i also have issues controlling my emotions. im very sensitive and i break into tears easily.

i would also like to know if i will need therapy of some sort or medications. and are these medications gonna have a negative effect on my body

ive been feeling sleepy and tired almost 3 days now. i have no appetite no energy to move. i think it may be the fact ive been smoking weed heavily for like two weeks and drinking alot as well with no sleep. but i haven't smoked or drank but feel very tired could it be effect and if it is how to i get out of this funk. i need to get back to normal and being sober but i cant function properly right now.

my bother smoked weed in my basement and the foyer smells like weed. the whole house has smells a little. my parents will be back in a week how do i rid the smell, i dont want any trouble at home.

today at school i pulled into a tight spot and hit the car on the right side of my car and there was someone sitting in the car in the left side. i am a new driver and i sat there and hopefully waited that the owner would show up but never did. the person next to me got up and left there car. when i got out of my car to look at the damage i saw that my car's paint(which is white) scraped off and the other car had my paint on it it already was taped up from a previous incident. the car was black and it already was covered in white marks all over the car not just where i scraped it. the black car didn't seem to have any new harm done on it.

i decided to leave and go to class and i spoke to one of my friends about the incident she told me to go back and leave a note with your contact information. when i went back to do that the car was gone and i was going to report it to the security office but my Friend told me to leave because if the person drove off and then they pro bally didn't notice anything new. but i still feel guilty about not leaving my information. Even if there car was not damaged i still feel bad

sounds awesome my cousin made them one time , but i don't know what she mixed together. i have vanilla, mint chip and pepper mint candy cane ice cream( the peppermint and mint chip sound weird but really gud. im not sure which ice cream i should mix it with any ideas?
