  • My dog ate chocolate covered wafer cookies!?

She ate at least 6 of them. The cookies are the sugar wafers dipped in chocolate. She seems fine right now. What's the worst that can happen? A stomachache? I can't afford a vet bill right now. Can anybody give me some advice??

  • Does anyone know how to backup the HTC HD7 Windows phone?

In order for me to get updates, I'm told by tech support that i have to reset my phone to factory pre-sets. However, I have apps, books, etc that I don't want to lose. Is there a way to back up the phone data so that I can get my stuff back? Also, has anyone else received error 8007005 when trying to update? HTC, Microsoft, and Zune support have been a pain in the butt.

  • Has anyone ever used a push-reel mower with a grass catcher attached? How well did it work?

I need a new mower and don't want to spend a lot of money. I've seen some reel mowers with attachable bags, and was wondering if anyone has any information on using them. How well do they work, are they hard to maintain, does the bag really catch the grass? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Safe way to tranquilize my cat?

My cat does not groom herself well, and her hair is fine and gets everywhere. She does not like being brushed, no matter how gentle or how many treats she gets. She snarls, hisses, bites, and scratches. Is there a way I can knock her out, temporarily, so that we can brush her? I'm tempted to give her half a Benadryl or something. Please, no people saying that I'm mean, I don't think grooming falls into the cruelty category.

  • Settlement Question...?

I was rear-ended last July while at a stop light. I was in chiro/massage treatment for 7 months. I had to go sometimes 2-3 times per week, missed some work, had extra fuel costs. What is a fair settlement amount? They've offered $2,000 so far. Thanks

  • Least Linty toilet paper?

Which brand of 2-ply toilet paper is the best? My main concerns are softness and no lint; I've loved Quilted Northern for years, but not the little lint balls left behind. Any suggestions?

  • Illegal? Or just unethical?

If your employer finds out you're job hunting, is it legal for him to threaten your job? Unethical? Washington is an At-Will state, but its not illegal to job hunt is it? If I've never been in trouble and my work is above par, do they have a chance of getting unemployment benefits denied if they fire me?

  • Thank you Notes?

A co-worker and I have a disagreement. I say that Thank You notes should be mailed after a job interview, at least by the next day. She says that emailing one is fine. Which is the best way to thank your interviewer(s) for their time?

  • I'm starting to hate my dog. She's 6 months old, and consistently soils her crate, even after a few hours.

I know she knows better, but she has no problem standing in a puddle of pee or tromping through poop. All house-breaking advice I've read goes on the premise that dogs won't mess where they sleep; but she does. She's a 6-month old Chihuahua and Corgi mix. I don't want to give her up, as my son is very attached.; however, I'm at the end of my rope, and I'm ready to make her an outside dog as a last resort. She does have her good moments, and knows that she's done wrong when we see the mess she's made, so I think she has the potential. However, my patience has worn paper-thin, and I don't like her much. Any advice for the mother of a crate-soiler?

We take her outside often, praise her when she does well, but she still poops and pees in her crate. HELP!!!
