I have an acoustic violin with a pickup and a electric violin. I need something to use at receptions etc.

I would like some built in effects. My pocket book will hold me back some. I am open to anything up to $250 but would prefer to go for less.

When you go to a music festival. Is there anything a judge can tell you, that will improve your playing?

I found a Dietrick by Pearl Piccolo in a box of flute music that I purchased at an estate sale near St Louis. and would like to know something about it. I am not trying to sell it, but am looking for information since I know next to nothing about flute etc. Dietrick by Pearl is on the head piece. I can not locate a serial number. Until I know more, it will set on the shelf.

Is it a bargain basement instrument or something that I could give to good flute player for their use?

A few years ago I saw electric Violins with a body shaped like the Treble Clef. Not an S Shape, but the full treble clef.

Any help in locating one or the makers would be appreciated.

I play violin, viola, and electric violin. I use 3 different bows. Sometimes the bow and instruments remain in the case for several weeks while I am busy with the other.

Frequently I open the case and a lot of hair has broken right at the tip or frog. Any solutions?
