  • What are these cotton patterns on my wool sweater?

This is only after 1 week of use. What are these extruding cotton patterns (they did not appear before when I first purchased) and how do I get rid of it? Is it normal? Apologies since I recently moved to Ohio and this is my first sweater. Thanks

  • If I opt to not sign a prenuptial agreement, do I still have to split my future inheritance wealth?

Hypothetically, if I bring no assets to the marriage and I do not sign a prenuptial agreement, do I have to still pay my wife half of the stuff I will inherit from my parents? Say she divorces me right now and in 10 years I receive 5 million dollars worth of money from my dad's business upon his death. How would this scenario work in general? Would it be wiser to transfer a large sum of money to me AFTER marriage WITHOUT signing the agreement? Thanks in advance.

  • How to deal with an excessively passive-aggressive friend?

After thinking about it, she always tries to make me angry just out of a normal conversation. For example, I'm out of town to meet my family and she invited me to a movie night with some friends. I politely declined, stating why I physically cannot be there. She replied "I guess you just don't care about your friend anymore, but it's ok".

I finally realize that she gets the pleasure from making other people feel like crap and upset about themselves, guilting them into thinking that they did something wrong regardless of the situation.

The negative energy really brought me down and made me frustrated. I did bring this up to her many times but she always tries to instigate crap out of nowhere and push my buttons from nothing.

Is it time to call this unhealthy friendship off?

  • Do I have to pay inheritance taxes?

My father will be leaving me about 6 million dollars (land/personal wealth) from his lodging business. We're from Poland but I now study in the US. Given that I plan to stay in the US permanently (I'm a dual citizen - both for US and Poland), how should the transfer of money work? Should I travel to Poland to manage all the money first or does it not matter if I do it in the US? Do I have to pay taxes on this matter in the US? Thank you in advance.

In short, I worked from February 2016 to March 2016, earning about 500 dollars through my university. Do I need to file tax and how do I do it? Turbotax?

  • Can you contract Hepatitis B from Hepatitis B vaccine?

    1) My liver isn't healthy due to some meds, but I have to get shots for school.

    2) Will my weak liver be prone to Hepatitis B infection from the vaccine? Or do most vaccines not contain the virus and have absolutely no chance to infect me?

    thank you

  • Christians, please answer these questions truthfully?

This question is used as an analogy I read from another website. It's a hypothetical example and nobody believes in the logic behind it. But I feel like it's an analogy we can all use to explain good and evil.

If God were an alien who, 4 billion years ago, seeded the earth with the organic matter that would later give rise to all the forms of life, if he then left and later returned, and proceeded to do everything the Bible says God (Yahweh) did - my questions are

    1) If he demanded that we all bow down and worship him or die, would we all conclude that the alien is an evil being?

    2) Would we - as a planet - rise up and fight him with our dying breaths?

  • Moving to a winter climate question?

Thank you for your help in advance. Could you possibly list a few reasons why my car (bought in California and equipped with all the summer gears - moved to Ohio a few months ago) got pretty much stuck on an icy hill today, not being able to move uphill, so I had to call the police to help?

    Was it because

    1. I have summer tires on it

    2. The car is rear-wheel drive

Do all cars experience this effect or was it because of those reasons? Thank you.

  • Is God (Yahweh) the ultimate form of a perfectly good being?

If it had to start all over again, can there be a better God than Yahweh? (you know, like the one who does the exact same thing but cares to get rid of cancer and stuff?)

  • HELP! Prenuptial agreement questions?

Long story short: I'm a future dentist/omfs resident. I've been with my girlfriend for 4 years and may plan to marry her in the future. Questions:

    1. Is having a prenuptial agreement considered to be rude and not trusting with your spouse in general? Do most people actually get it?

    2. If I DON'T sign the agreement and somehow she decides to just divorce me for no reason other than obtaining my wealth - say she cheats on me and demands a divorce - there'll be no way I can counteract this? (I don't want to sound shallow, but I'll be earning much more than she will be, so was wondering if it's legal for her to just divorce me for the money or does she have to have a legitimate reason)

    3. If I DO sign it, how much still will I have to pay her? What if kids are involved.

I appreciate your responses and do apologize for my lack of knowledge regarding this matter.

And are there really those who replace them every year? Wouldn't that cost so much?

  • Did God create Zika virus?

I mean ... microcephaly ... really? Think about what those mothers would feel.

I find it shocking how Zika is a result of "man's sin" yet a future vaccine that a man would invent is considered to be "God's grace". You people make me sick.

  • Why won't my professors count only the right answers on my exam and ignore the ones that I got wrong?

If God can use the same argument for all the good things relative to the bad things like cancer that happen in this world, then why can't I :( ?

Why can't my professors see that the ones I got wrong were due to his original sin, wait I mean his exam creation, and not my obvious inability to realize my inherent flaw in detecting this selectivity?
