I went to the hospital today because I am having some health issues. I am uninsured and they scheduled me for two MRI's this coming Friday and an EMG test on April 3rd. I'm wondering if I should try to apply for medicaid now, or is too late? Or would it be cheaper without the insurance? Because at my last clinic visit they gave me a 45% discount for being uninsured. I know MRI's can be very expensive, and this is the first time I've ever had to go to the doctor for something serious. I'm not very knowledgeable about insurance so if anyone has any opinions or recommendations I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I recently bought an old Zenith stereo system, and when I play a record with it I get distortion on the right speaker but when I use the radio everything sounds crystal clear in both speakers. So I was wondering what might cause this? Thanks.

BQ: Favorite track from Doolittle?

So I recently picked up The Name of This Band is Talking Heads, and it's definitely one of the best live albums I've ever heard. Even better than Stop Making Sense IMO. This was the standout track for me though, I don't know why they never released a studio version for it. This might just be my new favorite Talking Heads song.

I've got so many movies and shows that I need to watch that have been sitting on there for months.

Here's my first five - Amarcord, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Broadway Danny Rose, Cape Fear, and Cat People.

BQ: How many hours are left on your DVR?

I like this band, but was a bit disappointed with the album. Personally, I think tracks on the album were a bit dull compared to the live versions I've seen in their videos. It's still worth checking out, but it was just lacking that raw energy that made me want to buy the album in the first place.

BQ: Bands you think sound better live?

Not including the sequels. Not necessarily surfing movies either, just films with a similar kind of vibe, maybe around the same time period.

BQ: What do you think of The Endless Summer?

I watched Punch-Drunk Love a few nights ago and was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting to like it for some reason, but I loved it. It's definitely one of my new favorites.

I've had Catatonia's 'International Velvet' album for a while now and finally got around to listening to it the other day. If you haven't heard of them, Catatonia were a Welsh band who became fairly popular during the 90's. Anyways, I really enjoyed the album so I thought I'd share a song.
