I am trying to find cute brands or companies for an original wedding invitation.. but when you search you keep getting the same things. I want to know the brands or companies that you've come across at little local shops or from friends... anything will be appreciated..

I have heard a ton of people say that they have gotten to take a free vacation because they were willing to sit for a timeshare presentation. Where can I find these offers? I may even be willing to purchase a timeshare - so if you are familiar and can recommend some that may be better than others that would be helpful as well...

We get shirts made up every year - and this year i'm all out of originality - anyone have any funny suggestions? (The parade is in Scranton, PA)

I am throwing a bachelorette party for my friend. It's about 25 women going for dinner and then the younger crowd is goign to jump on a party bus and bar hop. It will be about $20 for the dinner only, $50 for dinner and bus - and then they will have the cash bar open and everyone will be buying drinks all night. I know it's rude to ask for money on an invitation (i know its rude in general to ask for money, but we are)... should I put it on a "tag a long" card? HOW DO YOU WORD SOMETHING LIKE THAT?

i am going to buy shot glasses as favors and some fun stuff for the bride. Not all of the bridesmaids are coming so that's why i'm not asking that we all pay for it. Should i ask the bridesmaids to chip in? and if i did, would it just be the ones that are attending then? I'd like to pay, but can't do it all on my own. Esp. with the other costs to be in the wedding. Help please.

My 2 year old has been going pee on the potty for a long time, but we CAN NOT get her to poop on it? Help! She still feels the need to hide to go poop and will do it in whatever she has on (underwear or pull ups).

For the wedding reception do you think we should have a head table and put the dates at a separate table (they all know each other well enough b/c we are in the same group of friend) or should we have a couples table for just the bride and groom and then have seperate tables for the groomsmen and their dates and the bridesmaids and their dates? We have seen it done both ways and cant decide, what do you think is better?

It's a decently formal evening wedding if that matters...

We are going to have a "champagne" theme for our wedding. The sashes that the girls are wearing are champagne and the menu is champagne based -champagne vinegerette salad dressing, champagne shrimp bisque soup, etc.

So my question is if we have wine bottles as favors do you think that's out of theme with the wedding? we were going to have them because there is a line of wine that has his last name so we wouldnt have to buy labels but it would still have a personalized feel. OR should we just get champagne bottles and personalize them. If so - any suggestions on relatively cheap but nice tasting champagne and where we can get labels made up?

We are having an outdoor ceremony next July and need ideas to help keep the guests cool... we already thought of hand held fans for the seats or parisols but does anyone have any other creative suggestions?

We are unsure whether to send out a seperate invitation for the rehearsal dinner or should we include a card in with the wedding invitation?

or is this something that you traditionally pass on by word of mouth since its all the people coming to the rehearsal itself?

If the bride and groom are going to paying for their wedding with help from the bride's parents (between 25-50%), should her parents be included on the invitaiton as the host of the wedding, should the couple be listed or should both the couple and her parents be listed?

What would be the formal way to word this?

Is it worth hiring a videographer? We were debating putting more money into the photography that we would have used towards the videography.

We are thinking about giving out bottles or champagne or wine at our wedding and are looking into personalized labels. The only thing is i have seen some that look pretty chessy. Has anyone done this in the past or seen classy looking ones?

I know that I want to carry large Calla Lilles.. i have a simple strapless ivory gown and i think they are the perfect flower. The bridesmaids are in navy with champagne sashs. Any suggestions for their flowers?

Would bunches of smaller white/ivory calla lillies work? Or do i want to bring another color in?

The bride's dress is also Ivory and very simple (from JCrew) and the bridesmaids are in navy.
