My Uncle Sam was infected with a small tumor in 1978,

but it was eliminated in 1982 before it could do much damage.

He then went through an eight year recovery period where he grew healthier and stronger in every way.

But then a more damaging and virulent form of the same kind of tumor came back in 2000.

There was a possibility of eradicating the cancer right then,

but unfortunately our options were nullified by a court judgment.

Then we could have gotten rid of the infection again in 2004,

but some of us were afraid, so we again failed to help Uncle Sam get better.

The debilitating effects of this lump from 2004 to 2008 got even worse.

This tumor weakened my Uncle Sam’s constitution over and over.

The disease has wasted lots of our money, and left us all in worse financial shape.

The good news is that this cancer was finally removed on January 20, 2009.

My concern is, How much longer will the complete recovery from the previous eight years of damage done by this terrible tumor take?

All of us who truly love Uncle Sam now have hope for the future!

PROBLEM: Three men share a hotel room.

The room costs thirty dollars.

So each of the three man gives the bellboy a ten dollar bill.

The bell boy takes the three ten dollar bills to the manager who says "That is a twenty-five dollar room." He gives the bell boy five one dollar bills in change to return to the three men.

On the way back to the room the bell boy thinks "How am I going to divide five one dollar bills three ways?"

"I know, These guys didn't leave me a tip". So, he puts two bills in his pocket for his tip and tells the men "The room wasn't ten dollars a piece . It was nine dollars a piece." He give each of them back one dollar.

So each man has now paid nine dollars.

Now, Three times nine dollars is twenty-seven dollars.

Add the two dollars the bell boy put in his pocket (27+2=29).

You now have twenty-nine dollars.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER DOLLAR?

Where exactly is place in the way the problem is presented that produces this false conclusion?

By the way. I do not know the answer. The dollar mistake has to do with language not math.

Why is allowing four more terrorist attacks hailed as Bush's greatest accomplishment.

"At least he kept us safe from more attacks after he screwed up."

It amazes me that Bush miscues failed to avert the 9/11 disaster and yet the fact that he hasn't messed up that badly again is a repeated Bush high point on YA by his supporters.

Why is that?

First, Bush demoted national security adviser Sandy Burger and counter terrorism adviser Richard Clark saying they were overstating the terrorism threat. He made fun of their warnings calling Clark and Burger "Chicken Little's" ( HELP! HELP! The sky is Falling!)

Then even after direct warnings were ignored by Rice, Cheney and Bush we had multiple attacks killing thousand of innocent Americans, and yet Bush supporters tout the fact that it hasn’t happened again as a Bush bright spot.

How about Nixon’s greatest triumph being he only had one break in he tried to cover up?

How about the crowning glory of Clinton's eight years is that he stopped after Monica?

How about saying Jeffery Doumer was a great human because he stopped eating people after he was in prison?

Hitler didn't personally kill any Jews while he was hiding in his Berlin bunker?

Why do Bush supporters tout a tragic failure as his greatest accomplishment?

(There have been no more terrorist attacks since 9/11?)

What is so great about screwing up four times more than any other modern President?

How does he think that he is qualified to lead any tournament let alone be the world's best golfer?

Everybody knows that he just wins the because of Affirmative Action.

Like when he was a rookie he was far too inexperienced to be the 1997 tour leader or the 1997 Golfer of the Year.

There were older golfers, like my 72 year old Grandfather.

My Grandfather should have won because he was in prison for 5 ½ years in the late 60’s.

(That was before Grandpa left Grandma for that rich lady)

I don’t care what the Liberal Media says.

Tiger Woods can’t Drive or Putt .

Don’t try to confuse me with numbers and facts.

And lastly “Tiger” is such a weird name.
