ok so i know everyone is raving about morroconoil oil and macadamia oil but the main product added in these oils which is argon oil is added to it in very little quantity so it it better than using natural 100% argon oil which not only contains the main ingrediant without any siliucones but is also cheaper than the above the two products. So has anyone tried the morroconoil and the pure argon oil and felt a difference? Also, does anyone know a good brand of pure argon oil, thanks! =)

whenever i see someone talking about me i get disturbed

like the other day a bunch of girls at school were talking and laughing about me and it was something bad and i let it get to me and i came home and cried all day

my gym teacher says that "RIGHT AFTER" finishing your exercise you should not immediately drink water but wait for a duration of 15-25 minutes and then drink water as if the water is directly drunk right after exercise it will make you more fat instead of helping you to lose weight.....so is this right or not please also provide an explanation supporting your answer thanks cause i am really trying to lose weight and i want to do the right thing =)
