Let’s say someone says “I want to buy your company for 1 million dollars in stock” how is that different from “I want to buy your company for 1 million dollars”

For example, lets say I wanted to sponsor my song. In the caption, would I be able to tag another artist and promote his/her song? 

If I copyright my music and my distributor (example: distrokid) releases it on YouTube, will I be able to release the same song on my personal YouTube channel? Thanks in advance

One of the things that happens when there is a budget cut for a school, is classroom size increases. How does that help the budget? And if you have fewer teachers, wouldn’t they have to be paid more because they are replacing the ones who are no longer teaching?

You go to a grocery store and all the whole chickens from the company that sells him weigh the exact same. What are the odds? Are there things that get done to the chicken to account for differences in weight so that they can all be equal?

So let’s say I bought exclusive rights to a beat. Then I went to copyright the song. Do I include the producer’s name in the copyright? because the beat would be mine if I bought it. Also, do I include the mixing and mastering engineers in the copyright as well?
