I was on clindamycin 3 times a day for 14 days. The last time i had sex was protected in early December. I got my period regularly for the month of December. I took clindamycin for two weeks of January until the time around my period. However, i am not on birth control, i have pcos, and i am dieting. So i was predisposed to having a late period this month anyway. I'm only 3 days late. Should i be concerned? i haven't had any symptoms of being pregnant and I've had my period since the last time I've had sex. I have also been under tons of stress and just recently started Gabapentin.

I had very excruciating that put me in the hospital. Long story short, they did testing and cat scans and gave me painkillers at the ER. The drug they gave me was Difenoxin. I know this is a Schedule I drug. I also know that that means that it is more likely to be abused. It was the first time I was on it. I felt amazing, I was pain free, and that's the first time in my life that i have been since I can remember. So, I was wondering if you can become addicted to it the first time or if its just the feeling of euphoria and painlessness that you'd get addicted to.. I'm just curious. I'm not going to go do drugs or anything.

Okay, I'm soon 17, and ever since I got my period at 10 years of age, it's been off. It's really irregular. When I first got it, i had it normally for about 4 months, then it disappeared for 14 months. At age 14, it was smooth going, then it went away for another 2 months. Ever since I was fourteen, it'd be regular with coming every month around the same time, but 90% of the time it's for like 2 or 3 weeks of menstrual bleeding. When I did have intercourse, it was so painful, worst pain i've felt in my life in my right ovary area. Now, everyday i have this horrible pain in both my ovaries that feels like a screwdriver is poking me. My doctors said like once or twice before that i may have PCOS, but everytime I get ultrasounded for it, it comes up normal. At this point, I just want answers. I'm tired of this pain. It literally restricts me from doing things. I am no longer sexually active. PCOS runs in the family. What tests can i undergo? How do I alleviate this pain? How do I get this stuff diagnosed?

PCOS runs in the family. I've had it since I first got my period, which was when I was 10. I'm not trying to conceive now, but I'm just wondering. Will biological kids even available to me when I'm in my 20's? I know it's hard for anyone with PCOS to naturally conceive, but since I'm so young and since I've had it for so long..

I submitted it on Sunday. It is now Wednesday, and I'm 16, but they said they were indeed hiring. At this point, should i walk in and follow up or should I call and see if it was reviewed yet? I really want the job, but walking in seems too intrusive.

It's an HP Pavilion g6-1b87CL Laptop PC with Intel Pentium P6200 Processor and Windows 7 Home Premium. It's 4GB of RAM (expandable to 8GB) and it has a 500GB hard drive. I will use it mainly for web surfing, schoolwork (not much, I'd rather hand-write things), and the Sims 3 game - that's the ONLY game that will be played on it due to the amt of space it takes up. Oh, and I also know I should just get a desktop for gaming, but the laptop is a gift.

On Saturday, I had the WORST crippling stabbing pain in my left kidney. I went to the hospital in an ambulance, I seriously couldn't stop moaning in pain and I also couldn't move. I got the urology tests done, then that was negative for an infection, PLUS I had 40+ red blood cells in my urine. So, right away they had me out for a CT scan. Results were a 3 mm kidney stone, and that pain I had was the stone going from my kidney, to my ureter, to my bladder. Sunday I had severe diarrhea, severe vomiting, chills, and a fever, so I was told to go back to the ER. I drank 1 gallon of 100% cranberry-apple juice (crapple juice), about 2 gallons of water, and a lot of gingerale (for sugar), and Powerade Zero for the electrolytes I lost from the diarrhea/vomiting. It is now Tuesday night, I've been on the toilet peeing for about 35 minutes straight (in droplets) with a very distinct burning/stinging pain in my urethra. I think it's coming. Any advice? Is there any way I can "push" or force it out? I'm getting bladder cramping too. Also, I'm a 16-year old female - no the blood isn't from my period.

I had some cheerios, a burger with only cheese and bacon no bun, and cucumbers without dressings or salts. oh, and some skinless, boneless chicken breast with home made habanero salsa (the salsa had 5 fresh habaneros, 2 fresh tomatoes, and 1 fresh onion with 5 slivers of fresh cucumber). Am i getting enough nutrients for my body and brain to function normally? because i felt awfully tired all day today, and my glutes twitched (that could be due to my zumba workout though, the tiredness to a sleep on the couch) i'm 16, is this enough nutrients?

I was absent due to a surgery, and my teacher never gave me the in-class notes for when I was absent. okay, so for one thing, how do i factor expressions and how do i know if it can't be? here's an example:

2x^2 + 5x + 2.

I'm treating this kind of as a poll. I misplaced my scrubs uniform, I was out for a week due to getting my wisdom teeth out. I can't find where i put them and i usually fold them and sit them on the foot of my bed or hang them up. So, i clean to find something. What do you all do?

I have been out recovering on surgery and the teacher never taught me this or sent me notes of how to find the min/max values of a function.

I'm getting my wisdom teeth out today. The procedure should take at most an hour and forty-five minutes. Will it stay open that long for my mom (since I'll be out of it from anesthesia) to put it back in? If not, what should I do? And i put my long taper in because my mouth will be swollen.

It's a very nice car - inside and out. But it has nearly 214,000 miles on it (the downfall), but the motor was just recently replaced. $1,000 is the asking price. Should i not buy it because of the miles?

I used Sensitive Formula Nair before on my legs, arms, and face MANY times before with no problems. This time on my face it just turned red. It's not peeling or flaky or swollen or itchy. It's just red and kind of burnt. Cold water made it worse. I WON'T ever use it again, it's embarrassing. how can i soothe the burn and redness?

let's start with this: I'm 16, 4'11", 155 lbs - most of it in my thighs, stomach, and breasts. I have a huge amount of muscle in my legs and in my core, but i can't seem to trim the fat off. At the weight to height ratio, i know that especially for my age that this is very unhealthy. I'm also under a lot of stress and I have stomach ulcers - these two factors don't help my problem much. I watch my diet and exercise about 5 times a week, instead of losing, i gain... Why can't i lose weight?

Here's the story. Back on the day before the first day of spring, my boyfriend said we couldn't hang out the next day, Saturday, which is usually "our day". He had made plans beforehand with his guy friend (they are both straight). My boyfriend is one of my very few friends, I never got along with girls... I love him with all my heart. He's my best friend. And I'm his best friend. So, that night when he told me we couldn't hang out, I said oh..i need some more friends then. And he agreed, because all of my other friends are from a different town so its far away. And i told him that i had guy friends - who were JUST friends - that i could hang with if he would let me. He said yes, it was fine, yaddy yadda. So, i told him that i had plans with an old school friend. He said that's great, he said to have fun, and that he loved me and all that stuff. Well, he didn't talk to me until Monday. I wasn't sure why. He told me that he was soo upset with me and angry and all that stuff. I asked why. He said because I cheated on him.. I told him to even call and talk to the guy I hung out with - he said why should i talk to a guy that you cheated on me with? I told him to ask my family that was there - he said - your family would lie for you. I told him i'd show him ALL of the texts of him saying it was okay - he actually had the nerve to say that I could've forged the texts. Well, he got over it. We were fine. Now and just a few weeks ago, he brought it back up. Once again, he wouldn't talk to me for two days. Then I told him EXACTLY how I feel about him and why I'd never cheat on him. At first, he didn't believe me because his friend's gf cheated and said she didn't.. ANY cheater who doesn't want to admit that they cheated will say that they didn't cheat, so this just made him seem even more immature and psycho. I have proof that I didn't cheat. Every single one of his ex girl friends cheated on him as well (but he saw them or caught them in the act..). He has no good reason to believe I cheated. His only reason was because i was acting like a cheater by denying it.. WHICH OF COURSE.. Of course i'm going to deny it when I know that I never cheated. I know he's just being cautious, but ignoring me for days at a time and not even talking to me about it and not trying to believe me isn't the answer. I've tried everything. I know he does love me. Just this one boo-boo is really taking a toll on our relationship.. Please help. And no, i refuse to break up with him. Because I put myself in his shoes and he's just being overly-cautious..
