what if upon reading e mail of ex husband it is doscovered that he was an accessory to a crime ie he had gone with someone to beat them up at work and he admitted he beat a 3 uear old child and threw them against the wall, would that e mail be admissible in court if it was discovered by looking at his e mail when he left the passwaords on the ex wifes computer??

a freind had there ex husband leave behind a computer and on that computer were all his passwords to his e mail. can she use the information she read in that email against her ex husband in divorce proceedings??

Can a judge order the following 1. require an 8 year old female to talk to the non custodial parent on the computer with a web cam. 2. order a custodial parent to send the minor child across country on a plane to visit the parent without supervision of such parent and 3 order the custodial parent to teach the child sigh language to talk to her non custodial parent because he is deaf although he can read and write.

I am 45 and currently work at wal mart however I have three associates degrees (tourism administration, pre law and general studies). I would like to find a job more suitable but seem to be having a hard time getting hired. Does any one have tips or leads on how to get a better job???
