  • Convincing my friend she doesn't have hypothermia?

    One of my friends at school is lately convinced she has hypothermia. She is known to be a drama queen, and this is starting to really get on my nerves. She kept complaining that her hands were cold when she was outside, then warm when she was inside, which I said was perfectly normal. I told her that if she had hypothermia then she would be shaking, sweating and seriously faint/dizzy. Then she told me that she was all those things, but it's obvious she is fine and just wants attention. This is really annoying me, I'm not falling out with her over this simple matter, but how can I convince her that she doesn't have hypothermia, as her going on about it is annoying me and other people.

  • Want to quit because I'm getting bullied?

    I do all star cheer every Sunday. The first 2 hours are fine, then we do an hour of tumble. However the next 2 and a half hours we have is level 3, and I'm in a stunt group who hate me. I only front in this level, however the 3 girls (flyer doesn't say anything) are always criticising me, and whenever anything goes wrong it's my fault. I try to be nice but I've lost sleep over this because I'm so scared of them, they talk about me behind my back and I dread going now. I want to tell my coach that I want to quit level 3, but we're preparing for regionals in January, then nationals in march, and I feel like I'm letting the team down, however I'm so scared of these 3 girls, I've cried from the things they say to me and about me. There's no chance of changing stunt group either. My mum said she won't keep paying for me if I come home crying, but I really don't want to let my coach down, but these are the type of b*tchy girls who won't listen and will carry on bullying me. What should I do? (sorry if this is the wrong category, I didn't know where to put it)

  • Need History hmk help please?

    I have some history questions on the topic of how the roles of women have changed since 1900 (so during the wars).

    I have been given a source (its a historians opinion);

    Attitudes to women workers remained, in many cases, negative. The ability of women to take on that had been men's work meant that increasing number of males were vulnerable to conscription.

    Some women doing skilled work had the full co-operation of male employees. Many other women were restricted to less skilled work and were victims of hostility and even of sabotage.

    I have already done what the source suggests, but im struggling on the "knowledge to agree" and "knowledge to disagree". I'm not asking for someone to write it up for me, but I need some ideas, as I have never answered this type of question and my teacher hasn't taught us this topic, and although I have pages of research, im struggling on how to agree and disagree on this type of question.
