Has anyone ever served in a leadership position and been removed unfairly?
I was having some personal issues at home and was fighting thru it, with no offers of help from the pastor. 1 time I snapped at the pastors daughter, and on Sunday to some church members in the sanctuary. I never let this be directed toward the youth nor did I ever let it affect my duties. Yet when I went into the sanctuary upset last Sunday and some members prayed for me, 2 days later I was brought before the pastor, associate pastor and a church trustee and told they wanted to help, but the condition was I had to step down. I feel that the help should not have come with a condition. I spent 3 years of my life pouring myself with the help of my wife into the youth program, which included 2 years at camp. All this while working with my spouse battling a depression due to illness. During the 7 years we have been at this church rarely does anyone ever call us to see how we are doing, when I drove over the road only once did anyone call to see if I was still alive and after my wife got out of the hospital from pneumonia and was terminated from her job, they never stop in to see how she is doing, when i asked some women for help with the depression she was experiencing that said yes, but never did anything. When the pastor saw me hurting, never offered to help. So in my view, they took part of my heart away, and to appease themselves they say that they are doing it out of love..

what would u do if u were talking to your mate that had accepted a marriage proposal and all of a sudden they said they need to go and would call back later, but never did and u did not hear from them for about 24hrs and that was in the form of a text msg. Then u decide to go to yahoo 360 to leave a post only to find that u had been removed from her fav and someone else left a msg asking her to 69 with her and then you find that she is talking to other men on a singles site. this woman was always secretive about her life and anything about her, always hiding her phone when a text would come in and such. Also about a month earlier she confessed that she was a coke user. I feel that she was being untrue and that she was using me, and i broke up with her, what do u think

i met a woman nine months ago that i have fallen deeply in love with, we have had a few bumps in the road but r still together however some of my christian friends don't want me with her cuz she is a non believer, but i believe that i can change that as she did believe at one time but lost her faith and belief in God during Katrina. Im going to stay with her but what would u tell ur friends that think u should be with someone of equal faith?

my grilfriend of a year has made it know that she wants me to move in with her again (we tried in 2006) but heres the problem, her grown daughter (30 yr old) still maintains a residence with mommy, ie a bedroom, and most of her belongings, but does not contribute to the household expenses. that is one of the primary reasons that it did not work in 2006. i feel that if we are going to live together it needs to be just us and her daughter needs to get her own place. her daughter lives part time with her boyfriend, until she gets mad at him then she comes and stays with mommy. my grown children have their own places. so my question is this, how do i tell her, do i just tell her point blank or is there a subtle way of doing this, if anyone has been there i would greatly like to hear how u handled this situation and any other comments as well, thanks

if u were low on funds for christmas would u do this:
a. buy your boyfriend a card
b. make a home made card or note
c. give yourself as a present
d. do nothing at all, cuz he love u and will understand
my girllfriend of a year told me that she was going to be low on funds for christmas this year and said that she would not be able to give me anything, which i was ok with until on christmas morning she presented her grown daughter a necklace for her bday (dec 25) and a card with a christmas I.O.U in it and i got nothing. i felt she could have done something but to do this was coldhearted and insensitive. what do u think
24 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoi don't know how to handle this one?
i met a woman jan 06 in 47 and she is 53, when we first met the sex was great (no inhabitions), but i later found out that she had been consumed alcohol before we would meet, and that without alcohol she says that she can not relax and let herself enjoy sex the way it was in the beginning. i have tried the baths, back rubs, massages, but without the alcohol she is right, she does not get excited. i believe that if two people love each other that should be all it takes to get excited in the bedroom and quite frankly i think that at her age she is not into sex and she just wants someone to be with. she says that she loves me and i love her but good sex is very important to me.has anyone ever had to deal with this and if so what did u do, cuz quite frankly this bothers me and im about to the point of leaving. i do not want a gilrfriend that has to get drunk to screw me. she only sees me 3-4 days a month due to my job but we talk several times a day. she has went thru menopause
12 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agois it to much to ask?
i drive a truck over the road for a living and when my g/f gets off work i want her to call me when she gets home, this way i know she is safe and i like the sound of her voice. this also goes for if she has decided to go shopping, etc.. but instead like tonite she got off work at 5:30 pm central and its now 10:15 pm and no word. i think this is inconsiderate and shows her lack of respect and lack of love for me.. during the day i call her from time to time to let her know if i am going to be out of my truck, ie in a resteraunt, shower, etc. so i expect the same. please no mean comments, just honest opinions, thanks

most men love foreplay, but we also like to get as good as we give, meaning ig i give a woman long, slow, tender passionate kisses, then i want her to return the same, it also goes for touching, fondling, oral, etc, the problem usually arises that a woman wants those things but will not return the favor and most men just give up
5 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoladies only?????????
i have read for weeks on answers women wanting to know the same thing "why does my man cheat" well i have a question for the women. why do women believe that is easier to argue for hours or even days about a sexual act i.e. oral, a n a l, fantisies etc and run the risk of their man finding a willing woman to participate, than just to give in spend a few moments with thier man maybe doing something they don't like. this would most likely keep their man at home. think of it this way do women really believe men like shopping. women pls respond to this if u dare
28 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agohey men lets unite?
i think it is time that men take their nut sacks back. far to long married men have allowed their wives to remove out testicles and put them in a jar and place them in plain view to remind us what we had BEFORE we married them. with them in a jar, the use their womanly skills (centered between their legs) to contol men. ie, a man says he wants to hang out with his friends, the woman says, no u can't u must paint the living room and if u don't i will withhold sex from u. its time for men to rebel, if a woman says that look at her , laugh, go out with the friends and pleasure yourself, then take her check book, car keys and show her who is the boss, not women it is and has always been men

im 46 and my g/f is 52, we have been together almost a year and have been sexually active, my question is this i want a night of hot, porn star type love making for my birthday, but if i tell her she is going to blow a major gasket, cuz to her sex is not important but to me it is. she has no money and there is nothing material i want, so women what is the big deal of ur man asking for love making. would u do it, get mad or rather buy a gift than to give yourself as a gift.

my present g/f has turned into a real pain in the neck and i was thinking of e-mailing her ex b/f of 4 yrs to see if she did some of the same things to him that she is doing to me, in really courious to see if he was as big an a hole as she made him up to be, or did she push him to the point that she has me, would u do this???
9 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agowould u do this?
i want a hot night of love making from my g/f for my birthday, and since she is broke i thought this was a perfect present for me. should i tell her even though i know its going to make her mad. but after all it is my birthday and i gave her what she wanted for hers, whats your opinion
13 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoquestions about a birthday gift?
i am 46 and i do not want any material gifts from my g/f (52) instead i just want a hot night of no holds barred s e x. i do not think that is to much to ask due to the fact that she has no money, women what do u think and how should i present this to her????????
2 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agoquestion about my birthday present request?
i want to ask my g/f for a not night of s e x, no holds barred and no inhibitions, ladies how would u respond to this and what be a good way for me to present this to her. we are mature adults both over 40 so i see nothing wrong with this, as there is nothing material that i want and she is hurting for cash at the moment
2 AnswersSingles & Dating1 decade agoi have a birthday gift question?
my b-day is jan 7 and i do not want anything material for it all i want is a hot sex night from my g/f, i mean anything i want and anything goes type of night, im not talking about 3-somes just her and i, but the problem is if i ask her for this she will blow a gasket and get mad. any ideas and why do women get so mad when their man asks for sex instead of a material present. so they not realize that sex to a man is worth more than anything that can be bought in a store.
3 AnswersMarriage & Divorce1 decade agothis issue is beginning to get old?
women, just give ur man what he wants in bed no matter what it is and then u can quit worrying that he is cheating. but most women would rather argue for an hour than do a 15 minute sex act. WHY????????
